Was quarantined here for work for a week. Beautiful corner room, wrap around windows with a big balcony. Staff was fast and on the ball with any extra requests. Super friendly. Made the forced isolation much more bearable. Thanks Marriott!

My daughter had booked 6 days at The Delta Ocean Pointe Hotel but I bought a Travelzoo stay at The Inner Harbour because it was such a good deal. This is where we stayed first, moving on the Ocean Pointe after. First we met Mady at reception. She was friendly, sweet and helpful. I had not booked our stay correctly but she graciously adjusted our reservation. We had only been in our room for a few minutes and a bottle of champagne was delivered to our room. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and had a magnificent view. Next we met Brie, our amazing server on the patio of the hotel. The food was good and drinks arrived quickly. I would highly recommend this hotel because although our stay was perfect, the staff were the ones that made our stay memorable. BTW, the staff at Ocean Pointe were not in the same league. The view was fantastic but that was the only redeeming feature.

I would not suggest this hotel if you have kids and expect a pool. There is an 8 person limit at this time and has always been full. There are no booking of time slots so we went up and down multiple times getting our kids hopes up. By the time we did, there were also no towels and the staff was rude and unhelpful as we wondered through the hotel soaking wet black to our rooms

Had a very quick stay when on a business trip in March. First time I have traveled in a while, so was a bit anxious given the global situation. Overall a very comfortable and quiet stay. Wish I didn't have such a busy schedule when I was there so I could explore a bit more! Will definitely come back when I have more time to adventure around.

Stayed here for a few days in March. We had a superior balcony room and a beautiful view of Beacon Hill Park, the ocean and the Olympic Mountains in the distance. The two room had obviously been remodelled recently and had a nice, sophisticated and modern style. It was on the small side though with not a lot of space for sitting. The bathroom was fine if on the small side and didn't look like it had a reno like the rest of the room. The staff were very friendly and efficient, one night we requested extra coffee pods from the front desk as we walked in the hotel on our way back from dinner. By the time we got back to the room there was already someone there waiting with them! The location is decent, it's right behind the Empress Hotel and next to Beacon Hill Park. We didn't need to touch our car for the 3 nights we were there. There was just enough issues though to not give it a perfect 4 star rating: We loved the idea of having a balcony but they don't have any furniture on them so you can't sit outside. As mentioned, the room was on the small side, not a huge issue but we do tend to spend time in the room. The room tended to lack some of the small but nice refinements of other 4 star Marriott properties. For instance the coffee machine was pretty old (no Keurig here) and they didn't have the reading lights built into the headboards I've come to rely on. They didn't offer housekeeping due to Covid-19, I get it but we weren't told that in advance and a gift of points in lieu would have been nice. Overall, it was a nice stay but we also stayed at the Delta on the same trip and it was quite a bit nicer.
