Only stayed a couple of nights but staff was curteous, friendly & helpful. Our room was clean & very well equipped, very comfortable bed with more than enough pillows Conveniently located for the show we were seeing at the Arena 2 blocks away, fridge in room was handy, complimentary coffee was appreciated All in all a GREAT STAY

We stayed with the idea that the hotel wasn't going to be the highlight - it was fine! Exactly as advertised, friendly staff and just a nice tidy place to lay our heads. The restaurant food was a fantastic surprise - very basic in style but the food was so super. Our breakfasts were huge - kids were thrilled! Everything...

I recently had 3 rooms booked at the Capital City Center Hotel to come over with friends and surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. My plan was to rent smaller rooms for my friends and a large room for myself so that I could entertain the guests that would be joining us for dinner that night at time of booking...

Thank you for taking the time to write me regarding your experience. As I explained in the email sent March 16th, 2017 none of our guest rooms our suitable for entertaining of 12 people after midnight. As you mentioned the one bedroom suite does accommodates up to 6 people, however to clarify that is including children with a maximum of...

We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the Save On arena and were pleasantly surprised at how great it turned out to be. The room was renovated and clean and quiet. The restaurant food was good and the service in the lounge great. The staff were accommodating and proficient - all in all a good experience! Would definitely...

This recently renovated property is within steps of the Save-On centre arena for concert goers. Free off street parking is a bonus in this city. A small restaurant & lounge is conveniently on site but the area offers walkable choices as well. Close enough for good walkers to stay, park & walk the fabulous city centre & harbour areas. We'll...

This renovated hotel with a good location in downtown Victoria is certainly a gem. It provides a clean room with modern amenities. What's great, it has complimentary parking availability. Most hotels in downtown Victoria charge an overnight parking fee, even for hotel guests.

Close to downtown and easy to get to. Probably not in the best part of town but it has been totally renovated and was much better than I expected. The rooms were fine with great décor and comfi beds. The bathroom was also upgraded with new modern fixtures. I would stay here again for sure if the price point stays...

Location is a 8 min walk to downtown Vic & an 8 min walk to the Vic Breweries which for us was a perfect location. Our room (340) was in a horrible location, it was right beside the vending machines & the stairway which was used for everyone coming in/out from the lobby to the 3rd floor. Our 1st night...

We were a group of three friends staying for three nights. The room had two queen sized beds, enough for us, a small kitchenette and a nice size bathroom. All was clean and neat. This hotel is from a walking distance from all the city center attractions. And we drove to see the gardens, such as Butchart and Abkhenazi, so...
