The staff were great!! The room was fairly clean. The bathtub didn't drain while you showered. The bath towels are super tiny and we are not that tall. This hotel is in a location where you really shouldn't go out for a walk. We drove one block to get snacks and realized that was not a smart decision. The neighborhood... More

2 nights and not restful. First we get a room that smelled like a gallon of lemon pledge was spread around the room, and then given a room within earshot of the sports bar, elevator and lobby. No security allowed a drunk sport team to wander the halls and elevators with open booze and yelling profanity for hours. Save your... More

Stay here one night back in July and liked it. Pretty basic but the room was nice and Wi-Fi was good and staff friendly. The restaurant connected isn't so great but that's another review. Good hotel in decent location. Easy to get around.

We had to stay at this hotel as a result of the "Jones Act" and this meant we had to leave our ship for one night. Upon entering the hotel the reception area was not inviting. We were given the keys to our room and upon entering the room it was apparent that the room was shabby. None of the... More

To be honest my boyfriend booked this hotel so I hadn't done research on it however I felt it was further from down town then we would have liked. Although the front desk did end up comping my room, I would not stay here again. The room was filthy. I am not fussy, but I do require a clean place. We found someones lost pills on the floor beside the bed...front desk guy must have been a doctor because he thought the several different pills were just vitamins. U/G parking is excellent.
