Although the location is excellent (just across the street from Victoria's Inner Harbor and the FMS Clipper Ship dock), the staff is exemplary, and the buffet breakfast is ample and reasonably priced, the website misrepresents rooms as attractive and gardens as beautiful...

The outside of the hotel is gorgeous, and the location is perfect, but inside looks pretty much like a regular Holiday Inn-type hotel but is quite overpriced for that...

The family room had a kitchen and two bedrooms which was perfect for our family of 4...

Stayed 5 nights here, the first night was terrible, the room (241) was a dark hole, even with windows on two sides (think double the traffic noise), one window was overlooking the tour bus... Really high class room for about $400 a night... Finally talked the front desk staff to let us move next to the couple we were traveling with (our original request) to a bit of a nicer room, ultimately not much better than a tired, sub-par LaQuinta...

This place also offers a complimentary breakfast with a vast amount of selections... There’s scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt and a waffle making machine, to just name a few... I also have to say, that there’s two restaurants steps away from this place... There’s an onsite ATM in the lobby... It’s quiet, tucked away from the main drag, but only steps away from it... So, no pool, but who has time for a pool, when you’re in Victoria anyway!...

Booked through BC Ferries, excellent value, Great Location, Rooms are very quiet, we had a view of the harbor, The breakfast in the morning was hot, fresh and well stocked. All staff we were in contact with were very attentive, courteous and pleasant...

Great location for exploring the harbour area from this nice little hotel. Large room, comfortable bed and we had a kitchenette to use if we needed it... Buffet breakfast in the morning was a good way to start the day and during a visit with family the lounge area was perfect... Staff was courteous and room care was excellent...

The family room had a kitchen and two bedrooms which was perfect for our family of 4... in the living room was a real treat... Our breakfast was wonderful from fresh made waffles (the kids had fun with that) with whip cream to eggs with hashbrowns for the vegetarian... The location is right off the water so you can walk to the stores or along the miles and miles of walkways... Downtown is just a few blocks away so you can shop as much as you want...

...We ended up with a Euro Loft suite, which is a room with a kitchen, sofa bed, and then 3 beds upstairs. The room had everything we needed, and would work great for a girls weekend as it sleeps 5... Our rate also included breakfast, and parking which is a huge bonus!...

Enjoyable day for just one night. Front desk staff were very helpful for check in... Our room on the first floor was well prepared and clean and comfortable... Breakfast was a simple buffet and could be improved - yogurt would be nice as a minimum... Parking now costs $12/day which is new...

...The main feature of this hotel is it's good location near the legislature and walking distance to the harbour and downtown... That's why I booked this hotel for a one night business trip...
