Three friends and I spent three nights in the "Cottage" at Heathergate. We had two bedrooms, bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, dining room, living room, and the private garden pictured on their website. The kitchen was stocked with milk, eggs, muffins, various cereals, pancake mix, teas, coffee, cream, basic spices, and all the dishes and cooking ware a person on... More

This was a lovely B & B experience for us with our 2 daughters. Not your typical bed and breakfast, it was a clean and charming 2 bedroom cottage with all the comforts of home, including wonderful beds. Rather than a prepared breakfast, we were provided with a variety of choices that we could easily prepare for ourselves. The location... More

I have three criteria for accommodation: quiet, clean, spacious. Heathergate House delivered on all three. In addition, we had enough provisions for breakfast to satisfy any hearty appetite. We had a problem with our hire car, which Ned helped us to remedy.

From the moment we arrived at HH BnB we realised we had hit the jackpot. We were 2 couples and stayed in the cottage which has very spacious living and dining areas. The kitchen and fridge were well stocked with lots of fruit and muffins. The front of the house had a beautiful secluded garden which provided pleasant relief from... More

I stayed at Heathergate bed and breakfast with 3 girlfriends on a long weekend getaway. We found it to be totally charming and have everything we needed to make us feel at home. Our cottage had 2 bedrooms with wonderful beds, so comfortable. Spacious shower, very clean. Full kitchen, stocked with everything you would need for breakfast. We ended up... More

Absolutely exceeded expectations from the pictures. We took two suites with our daughters, and each had a delightful (well stocked) kitchen, great size bedrooms and ample seating areas around the cottages giving privacy (if you hadn't known the other guests). Really close to all attractions. Hosts on hand and ready to help. A little gem!

Not really a bed and breakfast, we stayed in a nice one bedroom suite with a full kitchen. The hosts are very friendly. There are only 2 suites and a cottage with common gardens so it is very quiet and private. They provide lots of food choices for "do it yourself" breakfast complimentary in the suite. We would definitely go... More

Warm, friendly, easy welcome. Quick and pleasant service. A cosy home (we stayed in the "Cottage). All the amenities one would expect in a fully stocked home. Extra bonus, which we had never experienced before - a well stocked kitchen refrigerator. We must add a word about Paula - the young person we met upon arrival and departure - who... More

Booked four days at Heathergate Cottage after reading great reviews. Absolutely not disappointed! The cottage is set in a delightful English style garden and is charming in every respect. There are two bedrooms, very updated bathroom, kitchen, dining room and lounge. Furnishings are very good, beds delightful. Highly recommended.

Many years since we had last visited Victoria, decided to try a B&B this trip, and very glad we did. Very comfortable, quiet, private, and CLEAN! A bit of a hike to downtown, but a good stretch of the legs...LOL. Located just a few blocks from the Ferry Terminal in a residential neighborhood. Nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable living room with... More
