From the moment we arrived at HH BnB we realised we had hit the jackpot. We were 2 couples and stayed in the cottage which has very spacious living and dining areas. The kitchen and fridge were well stocked with lots of fruit and muffins. The front of the house had a beautiful secluded garden which provided pleasant relief from... More

I stayed at Heathergate bed and breakfast with 3 girlfriends on a long weekend getaway. We found it to be totally charming and have everything we needed to make us feel at home. Our cottage had 2 bedrooms with wonderful beds, so comfortable. Spacious shower, very clean. Full kitchen, stocked with everything you would need for breakfast. We ended up... More

Absolutely exceeded expectations from the pictures. We took two suites with our daughters, and each had a delightful (well stocked) kitchen, great size bedrooms and ample seating areas around the cottages giving privacy (if you hadn't known the other guests). Really close to all attractions. Hosts on hand and ready to help. A little gem!

Not really a bed and breakfast, we stayed in a nice one bedroom suite with a full kitchen. The hosts are very friendly. There are only 2 suites and a cottage with common gardens so it is very quiet and private. They provide lots of food choices for "do it yourself" breakfast complimentary in the suite. We would definitely go... More

Warm, friendly, easy welcome. Quick and pleasant service. A cosy home (we stayed in the "Cottage). All the amenities one would expect in a fully stocked home. Extra bonus, which we had never experienced before - a well stocked kitchen refrigerator. We must add a word about Paula - the young person we met upon arrival and departure - who... More

Booked four days at Heathergate Cottage after reading great reviews. Absolutely not disappointed! The cottage is set in a delightful English style garden and is charming in every respect. There are two bedrooms, very updated bathroom, kitchen, dining room and lounge. Furnishings are very good, beds delightful. Highly recommended.

Many years since we had last visited Victoria, decided to try a B&B this trip, and very glad we did. Very comfortable, quiet, private, and CLEAN! A bit of a hike to downtown, but a good stretch of the legs...LOL. Located just a few blocks from the Ferry Terminal in a residential neighborhood. Nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable living room with... More

We stayed recently during our visit to Victoria. The accommodations were very neat and well appointed. The king bed was an excellent choice and the quality of linen was exceptional. We did expect a B&B but received Bed and breakfast items for self-catering. This accommodation in James Bay area offers great access to the city. We would recommend anyone looking... More

Four of us stayed in the guest cottage and were delighted with it. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay there from a well stocked fridge to a waffle iron. It was well supplied with dishes and cutlery, and the owners were delightful to chat with. We wish it had had 2 bathrooms... More

We absolutely love Heathergate House with Ned & Ann, the most gracious hosts in the world. We have stayed at Heathergate House 5 or 6 times, as Victoria is one of our favorite places to visit, and Ann & Ned have become dear friends. They have transformed their B & B to housekeeping cottages which they stock with every amenity... More
