Only stayed one night and found staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is well located for walking to downtown. Beds were very comfortable. Room was very quiet. An extra light along the step-up to bathroom would be helpful with people with vision and balance problems.

We were in Victoria to attend the Magic Flute and decided to stay here because of its location, price and excellent pub. However, this place has a number of serious flaws. It's definitely not as clean as I expect. There were several traces of the previous occupants including crumbs on the bedspread, nuts under the bed and spills on the...

Thank you for taking the time to write. We are happy to hear you found the staff nice but apologise for the oversights of the housekeeping department, certainly not our standards. We appreciate our guests feedback and hope you will consider giving us another opportunity in the future. Thank you again for your review.

Had a great time as usual. The rooms are always clean and fresh. Front desk is very helpful, very nice people. This hotel is very dog friendly give treats when we check in, and a little map for dog friendly parks. If you get there at certain times of the year you get free breakfasts in their restaurant, good food. There...

Very basic room, facing a loud street. No AC forced us to keep the window open for the tiny bit of cross breeze. I was in town for the Tour de Victoria bike ride and wanted a place to shower afterwards on the last day. The front desk was completely unhelpful in arranging a late checkout "Unavailable", some where else...

Thank you for taking the time to write. We are sorry that you found the street noisy and unfortunately we don't have a/c as we are on the ocean with the breeze coming through. We try and do our best to accommodate requests by our guests and we apologise we weren't able to find you somewhere suitable for a shower...

We, my husband and I, stayed here for one night recently on a shopping and movie dat to Victoria. The hotel had a special rate offered which was too good to pass up. Located right in the Inner Harbour area, the location is excellent- walking distance to restaurants, shops, theatres. It's an older hotel, built (I am guessing) in the...

There certainly is no better view for breakfast than the one at the Days Inn. Frankly, the staff were equal to the view. If the parking were more secure, I would have been happy to rate my stay with five stars.

The hotel itself is pretty decent. Nothing extravagant, but clean and well maintained. My only gripe was that I was put in room 201 - which is directly above the bar. I was kept awake until 1:30am because of the loud music and rowdy drunks below my room (I could hear them through the floor). Overall, this is a good...

Thank you very much for the review. We really appreciate our guest feedback and thank you for your understanding and we do apologise for the noise the evening of your stay. We look forward to welcoming you back - a higher floor or maybe over the restaurant instead of the lounge (if a one bedded queen room would work)! Thank...
