Great value for money! Very cozy room, huge soft comfy bed and all beautifully decorated. Bathroom was small but one can see they put a lot of detail into the renovations. Nice and quiet location. 15min walk to town (down hill) so peace and quiet is guaranteed. I slept like a baby! Breakfast is good with bagels, muffins, fruits, toast,... More

We enjoyed our stay. Has character, very clean, friendly staff, and good location. Paint the shingle wall the same couloir as the building with black trim,I loved the house, I grew up in a 1940s home, no drywall.felt right at home.thanks Bruce

Reasonable place to stay in Victoria located below Craigdarroch Castle close to downtown. Very clean and good buffet breakfast plus nice lounge area to relax in at the end of the day. Note - need to climb steps/stairs so not suitable for a disabled person.

Very nice older building. Staff very friendly. Nice breakfast in the morning. Good overall atmosphere. Stand alone shower and huge whirlpool tub in the Master Suite was really great. The view an proximity to the castle was an added bonus

We had a nice relaxing stay. We intended on a peaceful stay and got exactly that. Room was quaint, small but charming. Had that old Victorian appeal like the castle overlooking, which fit perfectly. Breakfast room was nice and just enough. Cant wait to come back.

I spent a few days at the Craigmyle. The Hotel is beautifully decorated and it makes you want to stay there longer! The room I was staying in was very beautiful!! I liked the system they have. You can check in whenever you want, even if you arrive before 3pm, your room will probably be ready! The stuff is there... More

The stay at The Craigmyle Castle was very pleasant. To be honest, I was expecting a typical holiday accommodation kind of experience. Where there's a reception desk and just an average room. But actually had a more home like feeling to it. The common room was nicely decorated with big comfy couches. The mini suite, which I stayed in, could... More

Stayed here for 4 nights in October. Lovely quiet area near Lieutenant Governor's house in Rockland district. Heritage building well decorated in Victorian style. Premises and rooms very clean. Laundry service also available. Rooms not that big, but beds comfortable. Could hear a few squeaks and noises from floors and doors closing in night, due to age of building. Backs... More

Lovely Victorian B & B in a very nice neighborhood. The host was warm and friendly and extremely helpful. Being a little off the beaten path, If on foot, a taxi ride will cost you about 10 bucks from down -town and is well worth it. We found that walking into town the next day was much easier. We will...
