Friday Harbor, Washington
Reviewed yesterday NEW

I was surprised at the size of the suite and pleased by the comfort. The desk staff was extraordinarily helpful both at check in and check out. And the breakfast buffet was very good, including hot items.

Simply the best place to stay in Victoria. Do yourself a favor and book a Waterfront suite, you won't regret it! Close to everything, easy parking in the garage, and the balcony is sublime for watching the boats and planes in the bustling harbor. We come here annually...and never stay anywhere else.

Thank you for your loyalty and repeat business – it is appreciated! Our suites really do have it all, including space for additional friends or family to stay with you. We look forward to finding you a different suite the next time you’re here.

We had a room on the 3rd floor harbor view. I wanted a higher room but they said there was none available. We had a view of the harbor, Parliment building and parking lot. No private view from the bedroom because the apts next door could see into our bedroom so had to keep drapes closed. All in all liked...

Thank you for staying with us on our recent trip to Victoria. The views from our suites are dramatic and we’re pleased to hear you enjoyed them. We’d be happy to work out a suite on a higher floor next time you plan a trip here. We’re surprised to hear you weren’t able to get the information you needed from...

Other than certain maintenance issues this is an excellent facility. The staff were friendly and helpful. A faulty doorknob to the bathroom caused one of our party to be locked inside. Staff quickly attended to it, but we couldn't help thinking that if she had been in the suite alone at the time, at could have been a most stressful...

Thank you for your patience with the faulty doorknob – we’re glad our maintenance team took care of the situation quickly. Other than that, we’re happy to hear that on balance you enjoyed your stay and we hope we’ll see you again.

Room was street facing so noisy throughout night because you are totally in the center of all the action. Don't except to get sleep if you're on that side. Room was large with a lovely balcony but very dated and needed renovation. The breakfast room was stunning overlooking inner harbour and the breakfast (included with your room) was fabulous.

Our city facing rooms can get noisy for limited periods during the night when the clubs and restaurants start to shut down. We have gone through an extensive renovation replacing all exterior windows and doors and the sound is dampened considerably when they are closed. We hope to see you again and perhaps show you our suites which face the...

Thank you for selecting to stay with us on your first visit to our great city! Our location couldn’t be better – right in the center of much of the best of what Victoria has to offer. And if you want to go for a drive to see more of the area, our front of house team has great suggestions....

Unfortunately the homeless all live in the city park next door to the hotel, so it's too unsafe to walk in the area. And because they do not have regular sleeping patterns, they are yelling and screaming much of the night.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your comments about the small green space to the north of our building. As with almost every city in the country, Victoria has its own social issues. We are working in cooperation with the City’s team to alleviate the issue and, in addition, we have also just undergone an extensive replacement...

We had a wonderful upgrade with a view of the Parliament Building which lit up in the evening. It was fantastic suite with a patio. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice with a view of the bay.

After travel from Michigan to spend time with family in Seattle, we found ourselves drawn to these extremely comfortable beds. All five of us slept deeply here in our two bedroom, two bath suite. Expensive but worth the money. Good view. Convenient to most everything with water taxi stop right out front.
