We booked throuch expedia last minute and fully paid for a room but did not bother staying... way too scary. When we checked in we actually got scared to stay. Looked very dingy.. the evening front desk agents who where big men looked like did not deal with customers before. They let us leave without asking why and if they...

This hotel was close to everything. Not too clean and nothing really worked in the room (TV remote, coffee maker, microwave). Also, do not go to Red Fish Blue Fish. Tere is a line up for days but the food is soooooo not worth it. Go to Barb's for fish and chips instead.

We booked the inn to see the royal couple and at $ 170 a night we expected a decent hotel. Having said that I stay at a lot of budget hotels in Mexico . However honestly this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and this included mexico. If you are looking for mice, stechty parking, security gates...

3 am I went with my boyfriend to his mom's house left the hotel with all my stuff safely inside to return to the keys being changed and I am now sitting on the hotel lobby floor charging my phone waiting for my brother to pick up his phone where ever he went.... because the suite was rented in his...

We stayed 2 nights for the price and location. This hotel looks like a dump from the outside, with peeling paint and bleak architecture. It is a lot nicer on the inside, but is in need of some repairs and maybe some new linen. This hotel is perfect for a family traveling on a budget. The underground parking lot made...

It is a decent place to stay in but the quality vs price is not fair at all. And well I can’t blame them because hotel prices in Victoria are inflated and so the only thing I cared about was a place to stay after my long day of touring…I booked on Expedia because it was close to town and...

we had to stay here because all the other hotels seemed to be fully booked. The exterior of the building is very run down, and it smells like cigarettes inside. When we entered our room it was made up but it wasn't very clean the shower had hair all over it and the toilet was loose on the floor, the...

The first problem was the place changed its name from Travellers Inn to Island Inn but still have some of the old signs up, but this was nothing compared with the bed bugs the next morning we both woke up with bites all over us and as we had been travelling for two days we didn't wake up during the...

I will start by noting that the management eventually resolved this issue and gave me a full refund for the night we had major issues. I originally complained to management and didn't get a response until after I filed a formal complaint with the BBB. We had originally booked for the Sunday night, to stay somewhere after a wedding. So...

Very worn and is in need of paint to start with. Immediately took the bedspread off which looked dirty. Boxspring was very yelow. Underground parkade was sketchy. Chose it because we had to catch the ferry at 4 am and it was very close to the waterfront. Would not stay here again.
