Staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were doing a fundraising bike ride the following day, and the Rialto staff took care to store our bikes safely, which was appreciated. We used the valet parking for our truck, and needed to leave early; the truck was waiting for us the next morning, as were our bikes, and the wait... More

HOTEL’S FAVORITE REVIEW

My husband and I decided on Hotel Rialto, Victoria, because one of our favourite places is Venice and of course Rialto is the name of that city's iconic bridge. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that this hotel had an interesting history and that it was heritage listed. It has recently been renovated and that we were the first... More

We chose this hotel because it was slightly away from the main tourist drag (just a couple of blocks from the water), and we're really glad we did. We had a corner room overlooking the main road - not too noisy, great a/c, massive comfortable bed, great shower, wifi etc, everything was perfect. Parking only a block away was easy... More

Hotel was lovely and clean, rooms not very large but comfortable. Floor heating in the bathroom was ideal and worked very well. Bed was great, comfortable, good linen. The Staff were delightful, very accommodating. Good choice of food at the restaurant or bar food, which was very reasonable. Our only complaint was the parking! When we arrived we could see... More

Great hotel, 10 minute walk from the harbour, lots of dining and shops near by. No on site parking, but not a hassle overall. Staff was very friendly, breakfast vouchers were very good. Both restaurant and bar/lounge were busy (did not have time to visit) but food looked very good. Rooms were clean and modern. Would definitely recommend for a... More

Loved this boutique hotel! The rooms are a good size and well designed and maintained. The hotel is quiet but in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff are very helpful and friendly in all areas. The food for breakfast was good and the tapas and the lounge were great in the evening. I would recommend... More

We had a lovely three-night stay at this hotel. The staff was always helpful and accommodating, the rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the breakfast was great. We liked that this hotel was located a couple blocks away from the busy summer tourist crowds (but still an easy walk to any downtown attraction). As noted by other reviewers, breakfast &... More

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The bathrooms were huge. Very comfortable surroundings and nice little touches that made this place special. We received a voucher for a cheese plate which we ate in our room, and also daily vouchers for a beverage and pastry in the cafe for the morning. Location was convenient for walking to almost anywhere... More

Wanting to spend a couple of days in beautiful Victoria, BC with friends staying there for a week, they recommended the quaint, small hotel they've used several times, Hotel Rialto. It is a great location for seeing all of the sites of Victoria and easily accessible to the U.S. Coho ferry arriving from the States. We had a small suite... More

This hotel was recommended to us by BC Ferries. We were more than pleasantly surprised. The room was comfortable, large enough for Europeans (I'm not sure about American guests, though ...), the bathroom was spacious enough and the staff were friendly and pleasant. There are many little amenaties which make this hotel different, like a personal umbrella for the stay... More
