I have stayed the Rialto twice now, and highly recommend it. Great rooms with heated bathroom floors, wonderful staff including the cleaning staff, the room was spotless each day. The front desk could not do enough to help me with any questions I had. The restaurant and Bar were terrific, amazing cocktails created by their staff, and wonderful Tapas, which...

My husband and I stayed here in December to celebrate our anniversary. We were upgraded to a lovely, huge king suite. The check in staff were superb. Our suite was impeccably clean. All hotel guests are treated to a complimentary cheese plate in the lounge and a delicious coffee and muffin in the morning. These little touches are why we...

We stayed here for 3 nights in January. First off the location is fantastic right downtown where all the action is. Everything is within walking distance. The room was a little on the smaller size but served its purpose. The bed was great and our room was relatively quiet. The staff was friendly and answered all of our questions. We...

The absolute best service and staff that I have encountered in Victoria! Rooms very comfortable... heated tile bathroom floors. Great tapas lounge with coupons and discounts. Park for virtually free at City Hall just one block away. Vintage wine store right next to hotel. A really great spot for a weekend or excursion visit to Victoria.

It is a renovated/restored heritage hotel. Past history was definitely sketchy, which makes the hotel all that much better. Best part of hotel is the staff, really nice people that are proud of their hotel

Excellent accommodations, great food, amazing coffee, but most of all: fantastic service, friendly and still professional. I had the King Junior room which offered a view of Pandora. Food at both Cafe Vennuto and Venuto Tapas Bar was fantastic and the wine selection at Vintage is top notch

Wow! What a great place. We purchased this hotel through the Victoria Clipper website as a package. We went on New Year's Eve day, arrived early and luckily our room was available. We had the most wonderful room. It was huge with a lot of windows facing the street. Not really any noise from the street because the windows are...

We walked into this hotel to find a clean lobby with friendly staff. We were supplied with many vouchers for the cafe and the bar. There is a bus terminal across the road with various buses including one to the Butchart gardens. The room was of high quality with the view of the town hall next door. Would definitely come...

Enjoyed complimentary muffin and coffee. Great tapas bar music and food is awesome. Room was quiet and cozy. A huge selection of wines in the liquor store. The cafe food was terrific. All the people working there were polite and helpful.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The room was beautiful and clean, the bed was so comfortable, the service was top-notch, the location was great and the staff was helpful and friendly. I loved cheese plate that I received when I arrived, and in exchange for declining room service, I received a $10/day credit to use at the cafe or...
