Great room, comfy bed. Staff was super friendly. Very Clean. They where having trouble with room keys but where very good about it. Old building (has been renovated) so it's not very sound proof, could hear the traffic very loudly outside. That being said I would stay here again.

We loved every minute spent at the Hotel Rialto. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The hotel has a great downtown location - we valet parked our car and didn't use it once during our stay. It was relaxing and great fun to explore the city on foot. There was a bit of...

The staff was amazing. The rooms are very nice and the complimentary vouchers for tapas and breakfast were a huge bonus. Great location downtown and if you go to the basement floor there it is decorated fabulously and you can learn the great history behind the building. We visited with a one and a half year old and the staff...

My daughter and I came to the Rialto for 1 night to go see a show and do some shopping. We did a Christmas shopping special, which included a gift card, parking, a fun filled stocking, a cheese plate upon arrival, such great value for everything we received. Upon arrival I was a bit frazzled as it was pouring rain...

This isn't a big hotel. But the people working here definitely have big hearts. Amazing service, and our room was very comfortable. It is a smaller but clean and presentable hotel. Very good location, as we walked to many of the landmarks nearby. Free valet parking was a huge plus too!!

This was a Christmas vacation stay for a good friend. The Rialto is a smaller old hotel that has been refurbished into a boutique style hotel. The employees are overall engaged in your comfort and happiness. Rooms are nothing special but are comfortable enough and the heated bathroom floor was an appreciated touch. Rain shower heads would be a good...

The half price appetizers were excellent and hearty proportions. We enjoyed the complimentary cheese platter including delicious roasted garlic. Our room was meticulously clean and right down to the robes and even ear plugs, they have though of it all. Most of all the staff greeted us like friends and were most gracious. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. We've...

The staff was amazing and obviously all worked well as a team, from the front desk people to the valet's. The hotel was clean, crisp modern but a touch of historic flair. The free cheese plate and coffee in the morning were a great bonus and appreciated bonus. There was homeless person discussion at 4am outside but that is to...
