2021 Travelers' Choice Best of the Best
Abigail's Hotel is a unique accommodation experience that blurs the lines between a small luxury hotel and a heritage bed-and-breakfast Inn. Abigail's is an adult-only, intimate 23-room property that is housed in a 1930's Tudor mansion. Its special atmosphere blends the romance and charm of the past with the comfort and convenience of modern accommodation. Located in romantic Victoria, British Columbia, Abigail's is quietly situated on the edge of the bustling downtown core and is three short blocks from Victoria's Inner Harbour, within walking distance of all the major downtown attractions and restaurants. Life is too short to be conventional, discover a splendour and charm that has been lost to the ages and uniquely exists at Abigail's.

We were expecting a quaint, vintage inn - which we certainly got! We weren't expecting real antique furnishings and three roaring fireplaces! We even took a picture of the mattress label because it was so comfortable we are going to find one of our own! The service was personal and more than accommodating - too many examples to recount! And then there was BREAKFAST! If you deduct from the room-rate a reasonable cost at a high-end hotel for that 'FREE' gourmet breakfast & service, it's hard to believe how inexpensive the stay really is.

Hotel's Favorite
We had the pleasure of experiencing the incredible charm and hospitality of Abigail's for two nights this past week, which marked our fourth memorable visitation. Without question, Abigail's has become our 'home away from home' when visiting the Victoria area . At this time of attempting to emerge from 14+ months of non-travel restrictions and concerns, we were especially impressed with their overall attention to Covid protocols and the safety measures implemented. The staff, as always, are fantastic as they anticipate and accommodate your every need. The breakfasts and appies are alone worth the visit. As we have already successfully done so, we encourage anyone visiting Victoria to experience, for yourself, the unique blend of historic charm and romantic character, coupled with every modern amenity, while you luxuriate in the comfort of your unique room.

Luxurious and personal feel of a Victorian mansion, beautifully decorated, awesome amenities, all of downtown Victoria within walking distance. Staff were warm and welcoming - the breakfast was outstanding! Our second time there and we can't wait to go back again.

We haven't had a vacation since March 2019 and this was a great way to break that streak. We very much enjoyed the very comfy king sized bed, a wonderful jetted tub, and the generous, excellent breakfasts. And the staff were uniformly friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There was even a charger for our electric car. Highly recommended.
