I stayed at the Hotel Grand Pacific during my summer vacation last July on a vacation tour. It's one of the first upscale hotels I've stayed in. The room was lovely, clean, and quiet. It is conveniently located near the pier, and is also near the British Legislature and Parliament building, so it was great to walk around the harbor...

Glad we picked this hotel. Great location. Has an excellent cafe with great coffee and sandwiches and soup. Very nice and helpful staff. Room very clean. King sized bed was very comfortable and had an excellent sleep. Would stay here again!

My husband & I rented a vacation home near Shirley, BC for a couple of weeks. We decided to spend the first night of our vacation in Victoria & chose the Hotel Grand Pacific. What a great start to our vacation! We booked a suite overlooking the harbour & parliament buildings. The views were amazing! The room was very clean...

The Buffet Brunch that was served for Easter Sunday was lacklustre. We had a 1pm seating, which obviously was too late, as the food that was left was dry and over cooked. The eggs benny were hard and the english muffin it was served on needed a steak knife to cut through. The muffins were extremely dry as well. The...

Dear Guest, Thank you for posting your review. I would like to sincerely apologize for our Easter Brunch not meeting your expectations given the price. We strive to offer high quality food and good value in our restaurant, but it sounds like we failed in your case. From your review, I’m not sure if you mentioned your dissatisfaction to your...

My daughter and I took a little road trip during our Spring Break. I selected this hotel because there was a good package with the Coho Ferry from Port Angeles, and because of its location right on the Inner Harbour. We were greeted so nicely from the moment of pulling into the front driveway, and the service was consistently friendly...

My husband brought me here for a whale watching trip as a surprise present. When we checked in I was surprised to hear we had the 'Luxury Victoria Suite' on the top floor. This suite is beautiful, you come in to a washroom just inside the door and then a huge dining room and your first of three, yes three...

Fairly pricey but the staff are excellent and the room is well kept and nice. I would skip the bar and restaurant as you can get a much more elegant and pleasant meal for cheaper nearby. It is a great location that is close to everything and is quiet and peaceful.

Arriving near midnight after a night-time ferry crossing might not be the best way to guarantee an auspicious start, but two very different rooms being provided when we had booked two the same (through a travel site it might be "expedient" not to mention by name) meant that we didn't have the best of introductions to this friendliest of cities....

Yes, our room was small, but the health club facilities more than made up for it. To have an Olympic size pool for the kids, a steam room and sauna for me, and the close proximity to the Victoria Clipper, which we booked this room as part of our package, made it a fantastic place to have our long weekend...
