I have visited this hotel now five times during the last 10 years and it has been always charming, welcoming and everything you can possibly expect. It is always my first choice to look for when visiting Vancouver. Special thx for exceptionally friendly people working there!
The four of us stayed for a week in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed, including cooking and laundry facilities. It was very convenient just being along Robson Street. Reception was super helpful with their local knowledge. Thank you for making our stay in Vancouver an enjoyable experience.
This hotel is very well taken care of and it was the cleanest hotel of the many places we stayed in AB and BC during a four-week road trip. The staff is all very kind and helpful. You will find a very well-stocked kitchen and environmentally conscious details.
So many good things to say about our 4 night stay. We loved our accommodations in the corner 2 bedroom room. Very clean, comfortable. Liked the kitchen facilities. The rooftop lounge was fun. Ideal location for Vancouver sights. I used the bus when I didn’t walk. Hotel was a good value for the area. Perfect hosts!
We were so pleased about everything with this hotel. Nice large suite, full kitchen. The washer-dryer sure came in handy when AirCanada failed to deliver our luggage. The room was cleaned once during our week stay, which is fine. Staff were very helpful and every interaction we had was professional and courteous. THe rooftop patio was amazing. Great views from up there, nice place to chill out after a long day. The location is great, a few minutes walk from Stanley Park and several places to rent bikes. A ton of restaurants as well. We only used public transport while in Vancouver, and the hotel is conveniently located near a number of bus stops that will take you to the metro or anywhere you might want to visit. I saw several other reviews that commented on the street noise. We had the AC running at night, and it created enough white noise that we weren't bothered by any street noise. Speaking of the AC, it might be less comfortable if you are visiting during a heatwave, as it was fairly small and wouldn't be able to cool down the entire place, so that would be something to keep in mind. I would still 100% return to this hotel for future travels to Vancouver.…
After touring Canada by rv, we arrived in Vancouver for a three night stay at this hotel. The location and suites are excellent but the biggest asset is the staff. Professional and hospitable to the core. As a hotelier myself, I can truly appreciate the level of hostmanship we have encounter here at this hotel. Full marks allround, I recommend Times Square Hotel & Suites wholeheartedly.
We love this place! We’ve stayed here several times and keep coming back. Safe and secure, quiet rooms, nice cooking kitchen, easy access to bike path/Stanley Park. Friendly staff. Great location. Keep up the great work Time Square suites!
Cant wait to come back. Really cool experiencia. Well located. Big suites, with everything you need and more. Dont hesitate to stay here if you go to New York City. We will come back, of that, Im sure
Wonderful little hotel. More like a small apartment. Large sitting room with working fireplace, sofa, large table and full kitchen. Large comfortable bed, large bath/shower. The real surprise is the rooftop covered deck! Guests can use gas grill and enjoy the view and breeze. Hotel is located two blocks from Stanley Park in a vibrant neighborhood. Six restaurants within one block. Bike rental stores around the corner.
As the name suggests, all rooms are suites and had everything and more that we needed. There was a very large open plan area with the lounge, TV, dining table and kitchen. There was a small balcony off the lounge, which was standing room only, but a good way to get fresh air in. There was a small utility room off the open plan area with a washing machine and dryer (very beneficial). The bedroom had a huge and comfortable bed and pillows. There was a double closet as well as a chest of drawers and bed side tables. The bathroom was very spacious, with the sink within the actual bathroom (which we prefer). There was no housekeeping (related to Covid-19), but we were only staying for 4 nights so this was not a problem for us. Reception were able to provide anything we needed. Also, not offering breakfast was not a problem for us, as there are plenty of bakeries, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket all in eye shot of the hotel. We thought it a little unusual when we read that the reception is based within the parking garage, but this actually worked really well. Upon check in, we were issued with a key-fob to open the garage door, and we were happy to leave our car locked in the secure garage. All the reception staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel is only about a 5 minute walk to Stanley Park. We will stay here again when we are next in Vancouver.…
