I've stayed at the Opus a number of times and it is quickly becoming one of my favourite places to stay in Vancouver. Directly across from the Yaletown Canada Line station, it's easy to get anywhere. Its a smaller boutique hotel with funky, modern decor and its Close to restaurants (they're everywhere in Yaletown!) and shopping. Rooms are really comfortable... More

Dear Moley, I wanted to respond and thank you for all of your support of OPUS Vancouver. We love how much you appreciate the decor & location, along with the extra touches in the rooms like our iPads; but most of all we were very happy to read how the staff made you feel like you were our "best customer"!... Returned to Opus for a special occasion stay last month. The service we received was second to none. Any and all special requests were met with enthusiasm and delivered flawlessly. The staff are exceptional and the hotel is pristine.

I felt taken care of when the Senior Sales Manager reached out to me via email, even before we ever set foot in the lobby, to introduce herself. After a week long stay for work, we found that the Opus strikes a great balance between style and comfort, between convenience and sophistication and between economy and luxury. We have found... I have stayed at the Opus a number of times and it never fails to impress. From the newly redone rooms, to the bar and restaurant, and finally to the people who work there and the services that they provide (including Wi-Fi), it's first class and you won't be disappointed with your stay there. As a side note, they also... More

Stayed last week for a few days and wish I never left! When renovations to my house began, the Opus was my top choice and I couldn't wait to check in. Having lived in Vancouver my whole life, I knew that Yaletown and the Opus was where I wanted to be. In my opinion, Yaletown is unequivocally the best neighborhood... More

Opus was my choice of accommodations for my big proposal day to my (now) fiancé! Prior to making my decision, I inquired at many other hotels and all of them would make a huge hassle of the special requests that I made, which I felt was unnecessary. The staff at Opus was wonderful enough to make every single detail just... More

We had a great experience. Booked online, on expedia everything was taken care of so it was seemless when we arrived. We stayed there two separate nights on our trip and so experienced it on two different days. Clean, modern rooms with a funky vibe and decor but not over the top. Turndown service with a little piece of candy... More

We stayed in one of the suites, which we were upgraded to on a recent trip (Feb 2013). From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIP's champagne on arrival, assistance with places to visit, restaurants to try. One of the front staff even drove us to the Aquarium one morning. The suite itself was fantastic. Split into different... More

I've been wanting to stay here at the Opus for awhile now and finally, I had the chance to do just that. I stayed overnight for a business function. The bar/restaurant was a lovely nightspot and the food was superb. The room is cool although the LCD TV (32") could be bigger. The shower head in my room #204 was broken so it wasn't much fun. The catered food was excellent as was the service.

Staying in Yaletown & False Creek North

Neighborhood Profile
Yaletown & False Creek North
Yaletown has risen from the ashes of its rough-and-tumble industrial past into one of Vancouver's new chicest neighbourhoods. The place responsible for originating of the phrase 'skid row' might not call to mind independently-owned boutiques and terraced cafes, but having swallowed the waterfront lines of False Creek North, the resulting amalgamation transformed the area into an elegant, stylish hotspot with a view. Its youthful vibe owes to the many young families and young professionals who live there, bolstering nightlife and restaurant variety along its cobbled streets. It is the flagship neighbourhood for modern revitalization, and the It-Spot for boutique hotels and modish eats.
