Well first of all the staff and the service were incredible they made sure you had everything they were amazing if you did need anything they found a way to. accommodate. it was always a very clean. which I love. The rooms where perfect n not to mention the beautiful views always.Iv been here 2 months now, and I feel bad 4 the staff here cause u know well putting up with me n my tux that's my dog ,, they were amazing I can't say it enough.it felt like a family ,they always made u feel loved n wanted the location OS absolutely perfect .you have everything you need all around you, five minute walk to anything.i would highly reccomend to stay hereto anyone. And just once more I want to thank all the staff Paul, Jesse ,sean, Sansz, sid ,Andrew if it wasn't for this loving crew I I would of never made it here in Vancouver thank u again ur wonderful souls xoxo gunna miss u all April Church…
Great views of downtown Vancouver and BC Place, clean and comfy rooms, and amazing service from Paul. Convenient location in the downtown core. Looking forward to staying here again for my next return to this wonderful city,
I am travelling and working on a Covid fine thread with last minute short contracts and changes. I appreciate the extra attention, especially given to me from Managers Jessie and Paul. I am off now for an unknown period of time, and I look forward to returning to Vancouvers City Centre - Sandman Hotel. The views are incredible, modern picturesque, of our Canadian Caribbean, still new to me. Seriously, palm trees surrounding a landmark stadium? Right.
We were there for this Christmas with my 12 month old daughter and my husband. It was really a very special visit because it was our anniversary too on the Christmas. Firstly, the room we checked had dust and stains in the bathroom. We requested for a room change and got into a different suite room.Everything was good but its that the heater on the other room didn't work at all. It was really cold on the other room which was really frustrating. But we just did not want to change it anymore because the other room's heater inside the suite was working good.Gentleman Paul was really nice and helpful with their fantastic customer service. Patricia and Mr Andrew was also very helpful during the stay. That being said, we had a really bad experience in the time of checkout. The lady Guest Service Agent working in the afternoon on the 26th was not the polite person nor even with good gestures literally nothing. She handed the receipt in a very unprofessional manner. Did not even ask about our stay or anything. My husband asked for the lucky stamp card and she immediately refused which was not right. We had to confirm with the reservation supervisor later and got to know that we are eligible for that. Experiencing her embarrassing behavior we just left.…
From the moment I walked in the door the young Landy behind the disk has done nothing but go beyond her duties to help me settle back into the way of life! The hotel staff have all be very helpful to my stay
