200.00 per night, room is 8x8, smelly and congested. Parking is two blocks away, they forget to tell you that parking validation starts only at noon and if you get there sooner then you have to pay an additional day.

Good day Sophia K, Sorry to hear that your stay with us was less than satisfactory, I would appreciate if you could reach out to me with some specifics of your stay so that I may investigate further. As for parking, we are a 100 year old building, parking onsite is not an option and we advertise off site parking...

Would not recommend this Hotel anyone unless they only need a bed! First it takes an hour to check in because of having to unload your car , then proceed to the pay parking ($20 plus tax per night) lot 2 blocks away and make your way back by foot to the Hotel.Only to be put in a room with...

Thank you myladyt for your review, The hotel does advertise off site parking so guests know in advance of their stay that we do not have onsite parking, being a 100 year old building we simply do not have the option. Regarding the issues with the room I apologize, we have been working hard to improve the maintenance reporting in...

Great Hotel with a Tim Hortons on the next corner and a pub next door. Caniada Place just a short couple blocks away. Easy walk to train station as well. If I ever cruise out of Vancouver again, I will choose this hotel again.

Stay could have been much better, solid mixture of the awful staff and everything breaking in the room.

We got the Queen one bedroom suite which was fairly spacious. It had sofa bed in the living room. The television channels were few. The location was is walking distance to Canada place and Burrard Station which we took most of our tours and buses from. It was obviously renovated but the walls, doors, and bathroom were dated as things...

We stayed at the Days Inn downtown and really liked how lose it is to the convention centre, which is also where the Vancouver International Wine Festival was held. This hotel is close enough that we could walk to the convention centre in about 3 minutes! Awesome. The rooms while small, were clean and comfy!

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
