The help was very friendly. The room, although on the small side, had a decent view, even on the 10th floor. There is a restaurant on the top revolving floor, that serves a buffet breakfast (with conjee!). For dinner we made reservations upstairs. The food was pricey but what you are paying for is the view as your table revolves...

Not one to complain but this place is not worth the $ - I booked this hotel on-line it was very vague and didn't give us much information but figured it would be great for my husband and I to have a night away in the city. When we checked in the staff wasn't overly friendly or kind and wasn't...

Stayed at the Landmark Hotel twice and found it reasonable for the price we paid $75.00 a night. The view is amazing of the Lions Gate Bridge at night with all the lights and the other side is also as beautiful. We were on the 36 floor. However, the price is right on as it definitely needs a upgrade with...

I stayed here back in September 2014 and had a great time. The room was north facing and had an amazing view of the mountains and water. There was a small balcony to enjoy the view, which was great. The room was small but clean, and for an older hotel, this was a very well kept place. Would definitely stay...

Great location. Courteous and friendly staff for the most part. But the hotel is a run down clunker in need of a redo. Rooms - old paint, sliced, rusty/moldy wall coverings. They can't even bother installing proper door stoppers and have metal pins that damage their own doors. Pillows that smell like the previous customer's perfume, ventilation that sounds like...

Quite a sad place I'd say. Great location and amazing views but it's a little rough around the edges and needs some TLC. The staff are really nice however. Breakfast an odd affair but fine, clearly catering to a Chinese contingent. I'd stay again if i got a good deal.

I've been here several times with my girlfriend. We come for the weekend and always find this hotel to be all we need, super good location, very clean and friendly staff. I'm going back this coming weekend, this time with my husband.

For a hotel on Robson Street the prices are pretty good. Just don't expect luxury. Even our "Executive" room on the 35th floor was just barely passable. The bed had no headboard and you could feel the springs in the mattress. It reminded me of the Sears bargain mattress I had when I was just starting out. BUT the room...
