When we checked in at the hotel front desk, the clerks were very grumpy without any reason. They were rather racists... Would it really bother you to at least give us a smile or any sorts of welcome signs to ease up our long journey? The location and the view was quite nice, however the room doors did not seem...

My journey in this hotel was fantastic. Good position, good staff and the view by my room at the 31th floor simply incredible. I don't imagine in the higher rooms. i hope to return in my other travel to Vancouver.

Its been quite awhile since my last stay at the Empire Landmark Hotel on Robson, its a bit run down and rooms are a bit porious with noise from other guests, but the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. But aside from that, the location of the hotel is the prime reason to stay here. Its near a lot of...

The hotel is tired, needs updating but was very central and clean. Booked through getaroom.com and was charged by them and the hotel. Eventually was credited by hotel for their error, however the hotel charge was way less :( Free Wi-Fi only in the lobby - $9 CAN per day extra to have in room.

I got into one of the standard or under value room, which have right value to the room fee. However, the service was not appropriate. WiFi information was not provided at front in the check-in process. On the check out date, there seemed like a maintenance schedule, which was not informed. I got a brown color water in the washroom.

Hotel is situated at heart of city. Food joints, market, shopping are at throw away distance. The rooms rate are reasonable, staff are friendly. The restaurant at 42 floor is amazing. One could have spectacular 360 degree of city.

If you are looking for the hotel which is the good location (near by down town, shopping area), and low price. This hotel is certainly recommendable. But do not expect the SERVICE AT ALL!! Upon check-in, I wanted to give the guarantee by cahs however it is not acceptable except Card. Furthermore, you can easily see the Front desk staff...

We were hesitated before booking this hotel because many reviews stayed that the hotel is old. Upon arrival, we found that hotel is not too bad, clean and neat. It is definitely a budgeted hotel. The hotel is closed to Stanley Park, walking distance to Pacific Mall, Canada Place. There are lots of good quality Japanese and Korean restaurants around...

What a terrible hotel! It's surprising to see that it still exists. The place is falling apart..the lack of maintenance shows everywhere. The torn worn out PU seats in the restaurant, the dirty windows that look like thry have never been cleaned, the carpets crawling with silver fish. The plumbing and fixtures are from another era. The breakfast at the...

Robson Street is a shopper's paradise. Whether a window shopper or a serious trendsetter, a fashionista or a dabbler, the crowd of independent boutiques, quirky one-off shops, and well-known luxury brands on Robson Street have something to cater for every itch in your wallet. As a result, it draws a diverse crowd, and the people-watching along this famous walking thoroughfare is a primary attraction. In between the clothing shops both high-street and budget-friendly are a number of cafes to lay down your load, as well as numerous specialty stores ranging in their wares from music, to art, to city souvenirs.
