We arrived at the Georgian Court at 9am after a 14 hour flight. Unbelievably, our room was ready and we were able to check in immediately. What a wonderful first impression to our 4 night stay, The room was perfectly appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We loved the location and walked to all the tourist areas with ease. A special mention to Jose on the front desk. My husband required some medical help during this stay and Jose provided invaluable assistance in finding a doctor and organising transport.

If I could give cleanliness an 11/10 I would! Funny story... we liberally sprayed on sunscreen on our feet, legs, arms and neck before heading out for a long walk around False Creek. We realized when we put our shoes on that we had made the laminate flooring very slippery from the sunscreen that hit the floor. I was quite concerned that the unsuspecting housekeeping staff might fall and so we wet a facecloth with water and soap and washed the floor everywhere that we had over-sprayed (it was easy to see). We ended up washing about 1/4 of the room floor and then dried it with the bathmat. What was amazing was that the facecloth was still almost white when we were done which meant that our flooring was basically spotless when we checked in. I could have eaten off it! We always stay in Best Western properties worldwide when we can and this reassures us of the cleanliness at the properties. …

My friends and I stayed here for one night as we were attending a concert at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, and the hotel was easy walking distance from the venue. We arrived around 1 pm and were pleasantly surprised that all three of our rooms were ready. Jose D was especially helpful and kind throughout our stay, a special shout out goes to him! All the staff we encountered were very friendly. This hotel is also just across the street from BC Place and close to eating/shopping on Robson Street. Some suggestions, but not serious enough to lower my rating: The bed pillows were not comfortable (though I realize that's more of a personal preference). The parking rates should also be better communicated at check-in. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch in-room, but I could not get mine to work. Maybe some instructions for use for those that need their caffeine before they can think would be helpful. Overall it was an excellent stay and I would stay here again! …

Checked into the Georgian Court after a long day of international travel and was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a fourth-floor suite. I was impressed with its spaciousness and modern styling. I really appreciated all the little details like the glass water carafe in the room, housecoats, hair straightener and curling iron, yoga mat, and the Nespresso machine. Filtered water on the floor was a nice feature too. The quality of everything was excellent and everything was very new and clean. I feel very lucky and grateful to have this oasis for my night!

Staff was great. They were friendly and helpful. But if it it wasn’t for the location there’s no way I would have paid 450 for that room. It was not much better than a cheap motel. There was nothing outstanding in it. I wanted to be that close to Bc Place so we paid the price for that. Nothing else. However, the restaurant has fabulous food.

The hotel is close to a variety of restaurants and bars because it is situated in the centre of downtown Vancouver. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated. Everything is kept up neatly and is immaculately clean. Bravo to the entire housekeeping staff for looking after us and making our 3-day stay extra special. We are grateful to Aida and Monette for all of their sightseeing suggestions and kind gestures that made our stay special. We received some assistance from Alex at the front desk, who is also quite helpful. For my upcoming trips to Vancouver, I'll most sure stay here again!

Wasn’t sure what to expect from this hotel as I hadn’t heard of it - a simple little lobby, but the rooms were perfect - felt like a little condo in the city. Comfy beds, great hot shower, perfect walking distance to Yaletown and gas town, even Granville island over the bridge… Jose the concierge was lovely and helpful, infra red sauna and jacuzzi were clean. Quite a small gym so difficult when busy in the morning but it worked. The Jazz bar was amazing - great Italian food, great service, good ambiance, good music… Would totally stay here again. Pleasantly surprised as went in with no expectations and was reasonably priced.

Our stay was wonderful. It was part of our 50th wedding anniversary trip. Everyone in the hotel is lovely and helpful. Was part of the Rocky Mountaineer group and received exceptional care from the moment my husband and I stepped into the hotel until the moment we left.
