I like to go back to this hotel. The renovation is very cozy and modern. Great services everywhere and all the time. It feels like home. The location is perfect for walking, shopping, restaurants and bakeries. In addition, the popcorn is really good. I enjoyed my stay.

I usually stay at this hotel when I visit Vancouver for work. I have tried other hotels within the Marriott chain and other brands but this one seems to be very convenient. The hotel is centrally located, it is close to many restaurants and walking distance to Davies street, Robson street and even English Bay. The suites are clean and...

Excellent family oriented hotel, with full kitchens, great hot breakfast and close to all of the excitement of the downtown core of Vancouver! Many attractions within walking, such as the Orpheum Theatre, Granville Street, and the superb shopping on Robson Street.

The rooms are very nice and quiet. I love residence ends because it's a small apartment away from home. I wish the restaurant had a little wider menu choice so I wouldn't have to go out. The breakfast was OK.

We stayed here for two nights, a Friday and Saturday, we had a nice king studio room, which had a small kitchen area and full size fridge. The room was nice and big and updated. You need your key to access any floors from the elevator so is secure. There is a nice breakfast included, which I only discovered on...

Easy access to parking garage, free breakfast, clean and modern rooms. We stayed here for a girls trip and really enjoyed our stay. We really liked the modern décor and there's a kitchen available as well which would be great for families or anyone that's looking for something more than just a normal room. The rooms are very sizeable and...

This hotel came our way through a promotion...so I did not think it was going to be this quality. the room was so comfortable that we were thinking of purchasing a property that size for our family of 4 as our city pad. The kitchen was small, efficient, well stocked, and thoughtfully designed. Beds were very comfortable. Amenities were all...

We were very impressed with our stay at the Residence Inn. Came into town for a girls weekend and needed a little kitchenette to accommodate a strict diet. This worked perfectly and was within walking distance of many amenities. We had a great stay

Staying in Davie Village

Neighborhood Profile
Davie Village
Davie Village is the vital LGBTQ heart of Vancouver. It is the only like area in the world to have a permanent four-way rainbow crosswalk, to symbolise the city's solidarity with many of the businesses, ranging from bars to bookstores, that keep the area vibrant. By day, it is a people-watching stop, with fantastic boutique cafes, but at night is when it really shines, humming with neon lights and nightclub music inside many of the hip and trendy bars and dance halls. The area is diverse and welcoming, and its supportive community makes for a tight-knit group of independent and creative shops.
