The hotel is located at strategic location in Robson Street but it is really an old hotel. The room without air con. However, it is good as the room come with kitchen. You can do the simple cooking in the room.

Hotel is a little tired and in need of a facelift but great location clean and comfortable , and fits the bill. Staff very helpful. Bus rote outside and walk to all parts of Down Town. Good facilities and plenty of Resturants near by.
