I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Every staff member is so welcoming and friendly. The front desk staff have gone above and beyond every time I have stayed here. Everything from check in, to bringing up extra glasses to your room is done quickly. When in the pool, someone even came to restock fresh towels for us. The only downside is there is no hot tub, however, the pool was warm and enjoyable. The location is perfect being right across from Pacific Centre and walking distance to restaurants. The hotel restaurant is delicious as well, breakfast was 10/10 for food and service. Never had an issue with cleanliness. To top it off, our stay in the city was to wedding dress shop, and upon returning to the hotel after finding my dress, front desk staff member, Isabella, left a bottle of chilled champagne and a personal note of congratulations. I will always chose to stay at this hotel for the cleanliness and the friendly staff.

I stayed here for the first time and will definitely return. The staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. The room was clean and spacious. I even had a small balcony. The location is right across the street from Pacific Center so very close to Granville skytrain station and city center station. Canada Line from airport comes to city center station. Lots of food options nearby. This place is a hidden gem

I've stayed at this hotel previously and had a good experience, and also had a good experience on this trip. It's in an excellent location with easy connections to both Skytrain lines within a block's walk, as well as an easy stroll to the Seabus and West Coast Express trains. It's right across the street from the Pacific Centre if you're looking for shopping Service was still excellent this trip from the front office to the bar and maintenance staff. The room itself was nice - it's huge, first of all, but also well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom is the size of a small apartment. I love the travertine everywhere but with the recent cosmetic finish upgrades the decor is an odd mix of 80s Japanese modern and current decor. The biggest down-side of the room is the complete lack of view - my room stared directly into another building which is currently being gutted (the former Four Seasons hotel), and with grey Vancouver days there's not much light. One of my biggest gripes about hotels these days is the lack of proper power outlets next to the bed. This hotel did have a nice selection of outlets... but only on one side of the king sized bed. I was solo travelling, so no issue, but why does this seem to be such a hard issue to resolve? One of the great mysteries of the smartphone era. An issue I had over and over was my key card demagnetizing in my pocket - I had to get the key replaced at least 3 times in my 2-day stay. One other slight negative to note - if you're an elite traveler with Bonvoy's program, there are no room upgrades here. Overall a comfortable and relaxing stay, my issues are very minor, and I would recommend this property if staying downtown.

Fantastic hotel in every sense of the word. The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special and we loved the Happy Hour specials and breakfast offerings. The location could not have been more convenient. Very impressed with their customer service and we thoroughly enjoyed our quick weekend stay. We would absolutely return and we look forward to our next Vancouver trip.

Like all things Marriott they think they are more than they are. Rooms have lipstick to try and make seem better. Rooms are noisy from traffic outside. Shower with curtain gives you have a shower making it feel claustrophobic. Hot water is a plus comfy bed and good internet is a plus. Location is great but that is where it ends. Tried to order breakfast. body clock not adjusted wanted a salad from all day menu that showed from 7am onwards and was rudely and ignorantly told that only available from 11:30 am onwards. Digital menu shows 7am printout about services at checkin shows 6:30 am so which is it. Find staff that want to be there or close the doors better places to stay.

Can't beat the location! It is super close to Pacific Centre Mall, and public transit (Expo and Canada Line) are easy to get to. Friendly staff, amazing restaurant. Rooms could use some updating. I'm not a fan of carpet. Bedding was strange, no duvet cover. Just a top & bottom sheet with a naked duvet in between. Bathroom would be amazing if they removed tub to make new shower area. Current shower is rather small.

Lovely stay! Everything was close in walking distance which is why I picked this location! The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I did forget to mention at checkout that the bathroom door would not lock which was a little uncomfortable as we were with acquaintances. The bathroom fan also would not work but did not greatly impact our stay. We will be back.

This hotel is centrally located in downtown Vancouver. You're in walking distance to the Cruise Port and there's a bike shop around the corner. There are two Starbucks nearby and Hertz/Thrifty/Dollar rental car is close by. Lots of restaurants and plenty of shopping. We took the Sky Train from the airport which was easy to do. It lets you out just one block from the hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet. The front desk allowed us to check in early. The concierge was very helpful. I would recommend a trip to Whistler, bike riding the sea wall and renting water bikes on Granville Island. And you must visit Lower Lonsdale Shipyards. Uber and LIft are also great transportation options.

I was upgraded to a twin double room with verandah. Not a great view but plenty of fresh air. Shower was extremely good, bathroom very clean and spacious with a separate bath. Meals were great and the breakfast selection was good. Good location with easy access to Hudson Bay and the Airport. This was a business trip but would stay for a holiday as well. Highly recommended.
