We Actually stayed in August of 2015. Sorry to be so long in writing this review. I will start my applause with the manager. We had been booked on a lower floor. As it was my wife's and my 40th anniversary I asked if we could possibly have a room on a higher floor. All the rooms have balconies and...

As you already figured it out, this hotel is in a fantastic location: It's so easy to take the train from the airport to the Burrard Station (about 30 min ride) then walk to the hotel from the train station, about 10 minute walking distance. The hotel is also located in a very busy Robson street where there are many...

We stayed there for 3 nights. Really great service. Room was big and specious. Also it was modern room meeting current normal standards. There were window walls around the room, drapes can be opened for bright light and it provides comfy stay. Loved the design of the room. I wish the bathroom could have been upgraded. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION...is the...

A group of 6 people stayed here 4 years ago and it was the best hotel we stayed in over a period of 5 weeks. Most comfortable beds AND pillows. Very large rooms too. A great location, with walking distance to many places. We will be staying there again on our next trip to Vancouver.

The hotel location is very good (Robson Street). Checking in was easy. I had to call in to tell them we would be late due to a delayed flight, and they said if I came later than 11 or whatever time it was, I was considered a "no show" - so a small quarrel ensued and I had to explain...

We stayed here over New Year's and couldn't have been happier. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They probably had the best Hotel matress I have ever slept on. The rooms are newer, however there are some older pieces still remaining (Bath tub) but still a very nice room. There is a public parking garage attached with ample parking...

Clean, spacious rooms. Upgraded bathrooms are great. really enjoyed the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Delicious food and great value. Staff were excellent. Paul the manager and Kartier and Soni were particularly helpful on the front desk, going above and beyond. Everyone we came across throughout the hotel were courteous and friendly. Perfectly located to access downtown Vancouver, and...

Pretty modern looking hotel, clean lobby, minimal design. We arrived really late on evening train. Check in was easy...they do hold cost of room plus deposit on credit card (wasn't aware of this before check in but was fine with). When we got into our room, our smoke detector was faulty and kept ringing (which of course was an inconvenience....

The Blue Horizon is a fantastic hotel with very nice rooms and renovated bathrooms with all the amenities without the outrageous prices of other hotels. Very close to the sky train and so many other places of interest. The staff was great and so friendly and helpful with every question. This will be my place to stay when I am...

Highly recommend. Big rooms. Great location. Competitive prices. Even with renos underway from 9 - 5 it's reasonably quiet. My room had not yet been renovated but was far from run down. Very clean; carpet, furniture, towels, etc. all in very good shape. I look forward to staying in a renovated room. Good breakfast restaurant. Good for a couple dinners,...
