The hotel was clean and pretty quiet. The front desk is professional and polite. It's in a decent neighborhood of E.Vancouver and the building is secure with surveillance. It is also close to transit as the bus that goes downtown or Metrotown, runs right here. The sky train is just down the road as well. Restaurants and convenience store close... More

The workers at this hotel are very courteous, very hospitable and very caring. They look after and provide your needs very promptly. Special thanks to Lani, Joana and Karen for all their extra efforts in making my stay very comfortable.

Fist time in July 2007 We was staying in this hotel for 1 month, now in Oct 2016 we are returned it to the same hotel. It was great to meet the new staff with friendly and good receptionist handling. Cassandra hotel is good aces to Joice station, you can work not more than 15 minute. It is easy to... More

If you want the best bang for your buck .....and the best smile at your service... The Cassandra is definitely one of my preferred choices for Metro Vancouver Area. Is a Traditional Building in the city, which means is not the newest ... but, the front desk team , with Lani as their Supervisor, really makes the big difference. Sorelle... More

The Cassandra Hotel, Kingsway is an aging hotel. The carpets, towels and blankets are a bit thin and worn and the area it is in it not a "touristy area" but our bathroom was spotless and the bed was comfortable although the carpet could have done with a good vacuum and one bed lamp didn't work. The receptionist, Karen was... More

I have never experienced such a horrible hotel. Our room was a health risk, the person at the front desk was as thick as a fence post, they were disorganized, and should not be in business. Anyone considering this place would get better accommodation at the rubbish dump The stupid woman at the front desk told us to use the... More

A relatively cheap hotel in Vancouver. Given the average prices of hotels here, one of the few affordable places. Rooms very large , the giro attività reception was very kind. Much better than other more expensive places downtown

Honestly I have never been disappointed like this ever. And to add salt to injury I paid like 80$per night and had to pay for Wi-Fi which by the way is like 8$ per day and not even unlimited but less than 2GB. Hmmm, I booked this hotel on Expedia despite all the bad reviews because it was cheaper and... More

Service was good but hotel was outdated and not clean. Parking lot is really small. In desperate need of an update. In a good location just needs to be renovated desperately. Would not return anytime soon.
