We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St. Regis. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Service was fantastic. Breakfasts were excellent. The food at the St Regis Grill was great and a good selection of beverages
We stayed at the St Regis Vancouver for three nights after our cruise and we can honestly say that they exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Great location - very convenient to everything. The staff is superb. They were most helpful, friendly and professional from the moment we arrived until the moment we, sadly, had to say goodbye. We were especially impressed with the professionalism and exceptional customer service skills of two staff members - Alberto and Daniella. Their warm smiles, friendly greeting, calling us by name, helping us with directions, luggage, patiently answering our questions - made us feel more like family than hotel guests. The St Regis provides a wonderful sit down hot breakfast every morning. Kudos to the chef. The food was consistently very good, service was excellent and portions were perfect. The serving staff at the breakfast restaurant is, by far, the nicest, friendliest group of servers we have encountered in a very long time! This hotel knows the secret of how to create customers for life. The St Regis will be our hotel of choice whenever we visit Vancouver.…
What a delightful hotel! Staff is Very friendly and welcoming, informative and helpful. Rooms are spotless and fresh. Very comfy beds and nice toiletries! Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Within easy walking distance of cruise port.
My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at this wonderful historic hotel which is ideally situated in the Vancouver downtown core. The initial greeting at reception was warm and welcoming and we were allowed access to our room early as it was ready and available. The room was beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. All needs were catered for and simple touches like a personal greeting card on the desk in the room and chocolates on the bed made it feel more like a 4-5 star hotel rather than a 3 star. The stay included breakfast which was waiter service in the restaurant. Attached to the hotel was a fine bar where drinks and snacks could be purchased. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely return.
My sister and I had such a delightful stay at the St Regis Vancouver! The front desk staff Ian and Eduardo were incredibly helpful and supportive; any time we had questions they would always do their best and take their time to help us particularly as it was our first time here in Vancouver and it was a very overwhelming experience for us at first. The queen suite room was spacious and beds very comfortable, with very good room service. The breakfast was also delicious and Nat was always so kind and accommodating during breakfast. All in all, we were very impressed with the St Regis and all the staff, and would certainly recommend to all those visiting Vancouver!!
We had a terrific stay at the St. Regis the. Ugh t before leaving on a cruise from nearby Canada Place. The staff were exceptional - welcoming, helpful and fun. The room was very nice…clean, well decorated, nice amenities, AP with very comfortable beds. Breakfast the next morning was included and was lovely, again with great, friendly service. The location is excellent, and we had a nice walk to Granville Island for dinner. Overall, a top notch experience and would definitely stay here again.
This was our first time staying at the St. Regis and will definitely be back. It Is located in a great area for exploring Downtown we were over for the night from Vancouver Island and it was super convenient to get to via transit. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. It is a Boutique hotel not a large hotel which was nice, rooms were nicely renovated and decorated, bathroom was lovely. There was a chocolate on our pillows and bottles of water on our arrival, it’s the little touches that I appreciate. Breakfast was included with the stay and is a made to order, chosen breakfast this was an added bonus. And the staff in the breakfast restaurant were great. Thank you for the hospitality we will definitely be back.

We stayed for 6 days in May and the hotel met all our expectations as detailed on their website. We were met with friendly smiles on arrival and a smooth check in. Our room was a spacious junior suite, that was serviced every day, the bed was so comfortable. A delicious breakfast was provided each day. The staff on reception were always on hand if we had a question on Vancouver or anything else. The business centre very usefufor checking flights etc . The purpose of our visit to Vancouver was visiting family. We have enjoyed stays at a number of hotels in metro Vancouver since 2015, but experienced something different here. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we were made to feel valued during the whole of our stay. Our room (junior king suite) was comfortable, clean and perfectly serviced by friendly staff. The lovely inclusive made to order breakfast was served by attentive pleasant staff. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
