Friendly staff, beautiful hotel; nicely renovated with lots of character. Nice touches such as chocolate and water in the room. High quality hair products. Great experience. Did not get to try the full breakfast but it looked excellent.

We stayed at the St. Regis during our recent stay in Vancouver. There were three of us, and we got a room with 2 double beds. It was a small room, but well taken care of and clean. The finishes were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. There is a complimentary breakfast held in the basement level restaurant. And...

I was booked to stay at the St. Regis for five nights while travelling for work. We lasted one night only. Upon arrival, we inquired how to get to Nanimo - not being from Vancouver, we knew only that there was a ferry involved. We were very rudely treated because we didn't know where we wanted to catch the ferry,...

Please accept my sincere apologies for your unsatisfactory experience at our hotel. We pride ourselves on service which goes above and beyond, but it’s clear in this case that we didn’t meet our standards or your expectations.    With regards to your bill, we don’t charge a “check-out fee” and the $50 charge you noted on your bill was the...

My husband and I stayed one night in one of the smart rooms. We absolutely loved our stay! The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom has heated floors. We were given a corner room so we had lovely views looking out downtown. The breakfast was a great added value! I was expecting a continental breakfast selection, but I was...

The room was nice and spacious but the bathroom was really small and had a very odd layout! The breakfast was amazing with more food than we usually eat for breakfast. The parking was a big let down because we were under the impression that it was a valet parking and connected to the hotel. The parking was in a...

Thank-you very much for your review of our hotel. Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
