We stayed at the Four Seasons on our way back from Whistler for 4 days. The location of the hotel is perfect for both business and pleasure, you can walk to the shops and restaurants. The rooms are a nice size and well appointed. The bathrooms are a little disappointment for a Four Seasons Hotel in both size and finish....

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms well decorated, and the staff outstanding! We go back a few times a year just to get a quick getaway from Seattle. We travel as a couple for some quiet time together, as well as with our children and both ways work well. Great location and the food at Yew is delicious.

Looking forward to New Year's Day in Fours Seasons before two weeks in Whistler but must have checked into wrong hotel. Rooms were very average, well thumbed, empty mini bars and lacking in amenities that befits the Four Seasons standard. A single restaurant/bar serving a lot of guests. Breakfast was poor and served in a cold and draughty atrium. We...

Dear Craig L, Thank you for your candid feedback on your stay over the holiday season. I am sorry to read that you were not impressed with our hotel overall. From the moment I drove up to valet parking, at the front desk check in, and the bar in the hotel the customer service was amazing. Every person that I came into contact was on the same page. "Take care of the customer". All I can say is "wow". This hotel has got it figured out. See you next time.

This hotel has earned their Forbes Five Star rating. A person forgets what its like to be indulged but the staff here make it their mission to make your stay excellent. The valet staff are extremely efficient and a pleasure to be around and make negotiating traffic and parking in busy downtown Vancouver an ease. This hotel has numerous long...

The hotel was gorgeous and per Four Seasons form, the service throughout the operation was impeccable. Definitely have dinner/drinks in the restaurant. I had a small issue with a car rental situation and Bertine, Head Concierge, had it reconciled within minutes.

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
