We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo with another couple in Aprils 2019. The unit was clean, well stocked and cozy with a great gas fireplace. The one bedroom had a king size bed which was very comfy. Lots of room to put away clothes. The bathrooms were large with a large tub/shower

Most of the time in Cox Beach the weather was not that good. We strolled around in wind and sometimes rain, but this was never a problem, because when we came home, we found a nice and warm living room with a fire place we could light up quickly. The kitchen facilities were

Wow! My husband and I fell in love with this place. We stayed in a loft close to the beach. Although you cannot see the water, you can hear it and see the trees from the loft and the balcony. It was only steps from the beach. The weather was fabulous but we went up to the storm

Hi Chantel W, Thank you for your inquiry. We do have several units on our property that are designated "pet friendly". When bringing a dog along with you, please make sure you advise the Reservation Agent at the time of booking. We charge a one time $40.00 pet fee when bringing a dog into a pet friendly suite. Upon arrival, we will have placed a pet bundle inside the suite, containing a dog bed, bowl, towel and some baggies and biscuit. The best time of year to come to watch storms can be anywhere from late October to mid-March, with the "stormiest" months being December/January/February in my opinion. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any further questions! Sincerely, Sarah Curtis Cox Bay Beach Resort Tofino, BC

Hello, do the rooms have air conditioning or heating? thanks.
Dear corash, Thank you for your inquiry. Our rooms are equipped with base board heating throughout the unit as well as in-floor heat in the bathrooms. We do not have air conditioning in any of our suites on the property. Being on the coast, we find that the lovely, refreshing ocean breeze does the perfect trick to cool the units in the summer months. We can offer oscillating fans upon request if required. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any further questions! Sincerely, Sarah Curtis Cox Bay Beach Resort Tofino, BC

"If you choose a two bedroom room one style has the queen bed in an open loft area. We prefer the two bedroom on one floor."
"First floor might be even better, because you probably have the opportunity for seaview."
"Second level "units" have better views of the beach"
"Rooms at the front have a greater chance of hearing the beach. They have locks and storage for surf boards."
"The larger Room 33 has excellent view of Cox Bay. Only a few units allow pets."
