Arriving for a weekend with some friends, asked for assistance coming into dock to make like easier... Short staffed. The beginning of the sad service and state of this marina. Quoting drought issues (which ARE true, I understand that) they informed us that absolutely no fresh water would be available. Maybe then you should amend your rates to reflect a... More

Avoid this dump. Advertised as full service but is not. Find another place to stay. Some docks are in very poor shape and they do not offer water to boaters. This was not disclosed at the time of booking but they had not problem charging us way to much for what we got.

This is the second time I have been to the place in the month of August. The first time was in 2010, and now 2015. The docks have been repaired since 2010, but still need some work. The latrine facilities are in better condition; although the shower stalls are small. Showers are 1 looney for 4 minutes. Unfortunately...just as last... More

This place sucks. There are such lovely marinas, the only reason to choose this one is it is a cleat to tie to if it's too blowy to anchor in the harbor. Pick it up people - the boats will flock to your docks if you just put a little effort into repairs. But then - when they do repair... More

Stayed at this Marine in August 2014. Poor toilets is the main problem. Docks were in reasonable shape and a very short walk to all services. Complimentary Coffee and Donuts in the morning was nice. I will stay there again although I hope to see better toilet facilities.

The kids on the docks were great, can't complain there, the location is really good close to town, the marina facilities are tired and they could really use some upgrades, showers/toilets etc. The areas under the ramp up to shore are very rundown and messy. Certainly doesn't compare with Otter Bay on Pender but they do have the location, location,... More

We just finished a boat charter and spent the night in the marina and all was good. We have not been there for 3 years and while it;s not Poet's Cove, the stay was quiet, helpful dock staff, and the town is delightful as always. It's not the best marina in Canada but we had a great time on this... More

Disgusting toilets smelt fishy overflowing garbage cans, no hand towels plugged toilet with more floating logs than the Fraser River and grotty showers a total rip off compared to other B.C marinas very shoddy condition appears to be being milked for all its worth and no re-investing there's not really an alternative if you like the town and its very... With the number of luxury boats and the number of boating people using this facility it is in deplorable shape. Boards are loose, nothing looks like it has been attended to in years, the anti skid bats on the walkways are deteriorating. The bathrooms are disgusting . There are old pieces of docks and docking material strewn everywhere. They have... More

I agree with the other reviews posted. The docks and facilities are in poor repair. When we stayed, there was an abundance of junk in the water and the whole place smelled pretty unpleasant. The folks working at the marina were very nice, though. It costs extra for garbage and there is no pump-out. Ganges is a great town and... More
