Horrible place very wet muddy roads camp sites so tiny shared with other campers
Staff is miserable, drug dealers selling in bathrooms and staff know and don’t have a issue. no workers no fire wood! Office is dirty and kids and dog roaming Over all horrible.
After booking this campsite 8 months ago for 5 rigs we were given he worst sites ever. Pull through so sloped we had motor homes with wheels - 8 inches off ground..when we approached owners and said after booking 8 months ago we expected better...the response was...well we are n…
It is pretty good, a little muddy but you can deal with that. The new owners are trying to address a lot of issues and doing well at. Very good people to work with. Washrooms and showers and laundry all good, too.
Basically don’t expect anything beyond a convenient place to pull in after unloading from ferry at midnight or a holding place to leave at 5 am to catch the ferry. It has no other purpose so don’t be disappointed! This is not an RV campground in the traditional sense!
"Not much choice nothing with a view."
"Get onto the "lower campground" to get away from road noise and late arrival noises."
"3rd level, along the bottom, might be quieter as it's farthest from the road."
"I'm not sure there is a good spot."
"Ask for a site near the entrance so you don't have to negotiate the hill. Better wifi too."
