Like a lot of people, we arrived late at night, cold and tired after 15 hour ferry trip. The room was nice and warm, free wifi and comfy bed. First thing I noticed was a large stain on the carpet. Then I used washroom and although clean, the basin was in need of a revamp (see photos). Breakfast was lovely,...

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay at our property. I want to apologize for the condition of the room you stayed in . . . obviously this room was not up to the standard we or you expect and we have taken steps to remedy that. Sometimes things slip through the cracks and we...

The Hotel was beautiful. Excellent breakfast, great view of the beautiful harbor, and being that the town is so quaint and small, you can get anywhere from the hotel in a matter of 5-10 minutes walking. When I find myself in Prince Rupert again, this will be where I stay!

Nicely appointed rooms, but no air conditioning. I don't recall the temperature, but it was plenty warm outside and all they had was a fan in the room to blow air around. not very effective. It may not get too hot too often on the coast, but man!, when it does, air conditioning is a necessity - nut this hotel...

Clean but the rooms are very warm. Staff at the font desc not the friendliest or most helpful we have ever met. Close to rude! The gal at the continental breakfast should give them some training on how to smile and be engaging. She was a sweetheart and never flinched when a busload on senior seniors descended on her.

Usually stay at the Crest but had heard about the new reno's and the price looked pretty good. Had a city view king newly renovated and it was very nice. The bathroom is a little small. The only thing that was uncomfortable was how hot and stuffy the room was. No a/c no air flow, one tiny window , it...

I stayed 2 nights here and had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was well maintained and clean in all areas. My room was clean and modern looking with a great view of the harbour. The bed was comfortable and there was free WiFi. Breakfast was continental but with enough food for me....

Good clean newly renovated rooms. Staff are good, great views from harbor view rooms, city view rooms are a little disappointing but not horrible. Breakfast bar is average, parking a little tight if you have a larger vehicle. Overall a nice.

I normally would have given this hotel a 2 or 3, based on our room; however, the hotel is obviously in the process of updating their facilities. Unfortunately, our room had not been updated yet. My only complaint was that the carpet was "sticky"...not just one spot, but the entire room. Hopefully, the room is on the list for updates...

The hotel seems recently renovated, clean and has friendly staff. I was able to get a king bed over looking the water and it was fabulous. The bathroom was spa like and the bed and linen were very comfortable. My only negative comments are that there were a few spots in the room where paint has been chipped off the...

With the recent heat wave BC has faced it has been extremely hot! The Inn on the Harbour only has one small window that opens and they supply you with one small fan as they have no air conditioning. The front desk area and the dining area are cool though. For our one night stay no one slept as the...

We're sorry to learn you were dissatisfied with your stay at our property. Yes, it was unexpectedly warm in Prince Rupert for a few days this month and that caused our rooms to be much warmer than usual. We are in the process of installing an air exchange system that will bring fresh air into our hallways and we expect...
