It was difficult to check in because there was no one at the desk for us to check in. Desk service was sporadic often nobody was there. The room was large but the bed was not comfortable. There was a board sticking out the side of the matress and I actually scratched my leg on it! The breakfast area was...

We checked out a 'fancy' hotel downtown and it didn't hold a candle to The Totem Lodge Motel. It had a huge fridge(which we needed for our groceries to go to Haida Gwaii) a stove and stocked kitchen cupboards. Nice beds (with no icky comforters!), nice decor and large room. It's an older motel with everything thought of! Right down...

Didn't know what to expect from the outside but once in the room I was totally taken aback. From the cleanliness to the comfy bed I will definitely stay here again. Full kitchenette unit was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Front door locked overnight. Breakfast was good :)

We loved our sleep on this hotel's comfier than usual beds! The room was recently renovated and was very clean. The staff are friendly and let us take our bicycles into our room. This place serves a complimentary continental breakfast. You can also store your car here for a reasonable fee.

We stayed at this hotel last week..sure a pleasant surprise! The outside looked like an old rundown apartment with no balconies, but once inside it was obviously totally upgraded ,modern ,spotless, reasonably priced. One of the things my husband commented on is that, although we were on the main floor,we were 2 floors up and so secure to have the windows open. George...

Totem Lodge Motel was ideal for our 2 night stay in Prince Rupert, easy walking distance into the town, clean & welcoming. It was no trouble for the staff to provide a "packed breakfast" for us when leaving early.
