A loud room for a short night, although loud was good when waking up. The breakfast buffet is included in the price and was of adequate quality. Most guests are heading out for the ferry terminal at 05:20 so there would be no time to settle up beforehand. The breakfast room was supposed to open at 05:00 but it actually... More

Front desk clerk Theresa went above and beyond the call of duty for this tired traveller. She tried several things to increase my comfort and remained with me until I was satisfied. I have stayed in many a world-class hotel and not been more attentively or kindly looked after.

The first night (we paid over $ 200) the shower went from cold to hot on its own and the breakfast wasn't exiting at all. Self serve buffet with limited choices. The second night, 2 days later, the price went down and I asked for a proper shower. The shower worked well but the window didn't close all the way... More

We had one night at the Prestige and appreciated the friendly welcoming staff. Our room was clean and the linens are of a good quality. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had options of pancakes, waffles, bagels etc, but could have used more fruit than just apples and oranges. Out bill was $200. For one night and I don't... More

Stayed for one night in a Superior King room. Room was clean and comfortable but only in it for a few hours as we were catching the ferry to Port Hardy and had to be at the dock by 5 am. Easy to park and short drive to ferry.

Would have preferred an ocean view. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Nice suite which included a stove, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster oven. All you need to cook yourself up some meals.

A basic hotel with free parking and free wifi. Stayed here two nights as I was travelling through to Smithers. The room is clean and very basic - set your expectations low. There is not a lot to do in Prince Rupert apart from the fall walk and the Grizzly bear sanctuary. I would recommend you book the Grizzly tour... More

Prince Rupert is a small town and we have many outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing. Unfortunately we do not have a large shopping centre or much for indoor activities. We have been hard at work for the past... More

Arrived at this hotel after midnight and the check-in was very smooth. Returned a week later, early in the morning, and Adam was kind enough to get us into a room at 11 am rather than having us wait for the usual mid-afternoon check-in. In addition, we were invited to partake of the breakfast spread in the room off the... More

Rooms are very basic, cheap upgrades have been made to this hotel but only very superficially. Staying in a King Suite I really expected more. Dollar for value is not there. Service was very abrupt, not very welcoming. Would have appriciated friendlier service. Good towels, big TV for a hotel room. Unless further upgrades are made to this hotel I... More
