Stayed here while doing a course in Okanagan College, perfect place to stay just a short walk to the lake and very quiet with large and comfy beds and a good continental breakfast, The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The front desk agents are extremely rude. You couldn't stay in the hot tub without coughing due to the chemicals being out of sync. We notified them 3 times and they said it's fine and there's nothing they will do about it. The breakfast, oh the breakfast. Don't let free breakfast be the reason you stay. It wasn't pleasant. They...

The room was large with a king bed and a table with two chairs. We were ground floor with a door to a patio area which led to the outdoor pool which would be great in the summer. The continental breakfast was more than we expected with a pancake machine, mixed fruit, juice, bagels and toast and hard boiled eggs....

The hotel was fairly clean and comfortable but a bit worn around the edges. I didn't appreciate all the paper and plastic thrown away at the breakfast on offer. The garbages in the breakfast room were overflowing with styrofoam bowls and plastic cutlery. Staff was friendly. Internet was terrible and I had to keep walking towards the lobby every 5...

We usually stay at the Ramada, but their restaurant is closed for renovations so we decided to try something else for a change. If you keep your expectations in check the Days Inn has lots of amenities for a very reasonable price. Sure, the rooms are vintage 80's - oak, brass and dusty rose wallpaper. And as others have noted...

One of the worst hotels we've ever stayed at! The lady checking us in was extremely rude and snotty. I had booked online with a site I use all the time and she made me pay more then what I had on the booking confirmation. I had put my pet in and she claims he wasn't on there (even though...

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good continentl breakfast included. It is also close to the beach on Lake Okanagan. Getting to other parts of Penticton is quite easy from here.
