My wife and I Stayed at the Resort twice this month as we needed to be in Penticton for medical reasons and decided to treat ourselves rather than stay in a motel. We were not disappointed. Suite was spacious, quiet and clean. Service was just perfect. We will definitely stay again.

1) Front desk controls the heat. He got it going but it did not last. Our efforts were fruitless, fiddling with non-functioning thermostat through the evening and night. Next morning she offered a space heater which worked well but we subsequently offered to switch rooms for one with heat. 2nd morning she mentioned "Steve from maintenance fixed the heat in...

The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff were friendly, rooms were very clean and warm. The hotel is situated on Okanagan Lake and there is a lovely Boardwalk. But the wind off the lake was bitterly cold. If you come in December bring warm clothing. The hotel is also at the end of the Main Street with...

The building it self is pretty plain, but it sit's by the lake, with mountain views, lovely. It's pet friendly, but when we checked in, they didn't have our reservations with our dog. No problem, whew, but they didn't have the same room available, so we would be up grated, another whew, but our room was right above the Bar!!!...

This is a prime spot in Penticton on the lake. Unfortunately, the new wing of the hotel has been under construction for a while now, and it is having effects. Earplugs were provided in the room, and leaving the door open really wasn't an option. The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and well appointed. The bathroom was large and a...

My wife was working the day in Penticton so I drove from Kelowna as she got a great corporate rate. The rooms were clean and comfy. No fridge in ours which would have been a bonus. There is a pool, hot tub, and good gym on site. Great location on the lake and walking distance to downtown. There is the...

This hotel is our old stand by and we were not disappointed. We were not happy with our assigned room and they made change without hesitation. Room was clean and we had no problems. We had a casino package and I wish they did not charge for parking. Parking was at a premium because of new construction, on the property.

A little early for a review but I literally just checked in an hour ago. Long drive from Calgary and I missed the info for the wifi so I called down to the front desk.....after the gentleman......with the (sounds like) Austrian accent informed me the wifi login was on the room for my room I apologized as I had not...
