Location of the Shoreline is the best feature, right across the street from the beach. Other amenities are within a short walking distance. The property is dated and could use some upgrades, but it was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating.

The location is really great. Just across the street is the beach of Okanagan Lake. However that’s about all we enjoyed. The staff is unusually unfriendly and certainly not interested in helping out or even saying hi to the visitors. The place was full of negative signs, don’t do this, don’t do that etc. There was a sign saying you would be charged $10 extra if you left dirty dishes, but they didn’t have anything to properly wash dishes with. I had to wash the coffee mugs before using them. Overall the place was just not too clean or too comfortable.

Room was disgusting, huge stain on the carpet, everything falling apart and/or worn out. Plumbing horrible, hot water in the shower goes from cold to scalding hot randomly. I would not stay here again unless rooms were $45 a night. Pretty pathetic hotel for a tourist town

Food was third rate, over priced. Scallops burnt little balls of stuff. Out of five meals not one good enought even for a take-a-way shop, let alone a top priced eatery. A meal to spoil any birthday celebration.

The Shoreline is in a strip of seedy looking motels, and it's nothing too special. We stayed in a queen deluxe room. The floor was absolutely filthy. Room was outdated and bed wasn't the best. The customer service was good though. The front desk let us change our reservation with zero issues and were always friendly and accommodating. The beach is right across the street, and also close to the canal. The pool is also nice and warm and clean. There's lots to do in this area, but unfortunately the forest fire smoke was too thick, and we decided to cut our trip short.
