One night stay turned into 4. Friends were climbing at Skaha bluffs and due to injury, I was checking out Penticton. The motel is a simple place to crash for the eve. Everything you need is available. Free reliable WiFi. Rooms are clean, the decor is dated but comfortable. Great value. The cost is very fair if your on a... More

The Motel is in a great location close to the lake and the beach. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed in the kitchenette. We noticed that all the people in our group had slightly different rooms and colors. Our room, room 42 had a dusty rose color theme that made us feel we were transported back to... More

Bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable. Room was old and stuffy. Towels and sheets were scratchy. Did not have time to use the pool but seemed ok. Price of room seemed pretty high for the condition of room. Next time will research more and go across the street for same price!

My wife and I are a bit prejudiced about this place. It's been so many times we've had the pleasure to deal with Leon and his staff. Our unit was spacious and clean. It's an easy walk to the lake or to Walmart. The flowers were in full bloom and the cherry tree had fruit falling into our hands.

We were a little disappointed pulling into the parking lot upon arrival as the complex looks cleaner, newer in pictures. With this said our stay here was good. We were in Penticton for a long weekend winery hop. The rooms were older but clean. Everything worked and the bed was comfortable. I made a few requests to Leon and he... More

Small, shabby room for $109 before tax with a bed so squeaky that even putting my handbag down made it shake and squeak. I had booked a room with a kitchenette (my partner has lots of food allergies, so we prefer to cook our own meals) but got a very small room with a bed, a chair and a bedside... More

Have stayed here several times over the last couple years. Walking distance to beach, Wal Mart, and some eating establishments (as we are on motorcycles we like to be able to get places by foot). Leon , his wife and family are wonderful people (as well as the cleaning staff). Great place to stay....good value for the money....and will continue... More

Stayed for one night...enjoyed the outdoor heated pool, lots of lounge chairs and only 5ft deep :) was quiet and slept peacefully. The room took me back in time, decorated like a room from the 80s. Cute couple who manages it were lovely and full of humour.

We spent three nights in a single room recently and were pleased with our stay. As others have said, it's nothing fancy but it does the job well. Lets face it, when you are in Penticton you will most likely not be spending too much time in the room. It's clean, the air-conditioner is ancient but worked brilliantly in our... More

This is nothing fancy but really good beds; not too hard or too soft, just right. The owners are very helpful and try to make sure everything is ok. The dressers and night tables have cigarette burns all over them but we were not in our room much as we only had 2 days and nights to celebrate our friends'... More
