The last time that I stayed at this hotel, August 13th, I asked if it was possible to have a joining rooms with friends that were staying here too. The front line staff R and A - you know who you are - were very accommodating and made that arrangement. They were able to serve with ease. They are always... More

Good service and an enjoyable stay but we were not impressed with being woke up on the 2nd night with a false fire alarm and not so much as an apology from the front desk. It is obviously a desired wedding location as there were weddings on both Friday and Saturday nights with lots of party noise in the hallways... More

First, it's a nice hotel with a great yet higher priced restaurant attached. All good. However.. and it's a BIG however... I stay in many hotels across this nation and if I were to UNKNOWINGLY book a hotel under the present conditions, I would be FUMING! I am NOT suggesting the hotel is not making guests aware of what is... More

We rather like this hotel (2nd time here) when we are shopping in the outskirts of Vancouver. The rooms a very comfortable, there are nice views over the water and the prices are reasonable (for Vancouver). We were on a shopping trip to Richmond, Burnaby are around and although this is a bit out of the way it is worth,... More

Really not much to talk about, wasn't impressed. Nothing to do there, and the food was not that good. Not much to chose from. The Quay has really taking a turn for the worst, no stores really to shop in or buy gifts.

THANK YOU to Rick at the front Desk. My daughter and I recently came to Vancouver unexpectedly to see my granddaughter in a competition (And we happened to choose the busiest weekend in Vancouver). Rick went out of his way to book us a room that was a cancelled reservation and already in demand. He made us feel VERY welcome... More

We have not actually stayed at the hotel yet, that is coming up, I was going to New Westminster Surgical Centre for back surgery and it has been nothing but a series of errors. First booking was cancelled due to fact I had had my thyroid removed less than a month before back surgery was due. I contacted Michele Mahussier... More

Very comfortable stay at this hotel. Small terrace overlooking the river, tug boats and a cafe. Mountains in distance. Good breakfast place next door and sky train near hotel made going into the city very easy. Building a high rise across the street. Very serious pounding! But- mostly, we weren't there during the day.

I frequent B.C quite often and on this trip in particular I was in town for medical treatment. I booked a room with 2 double beds after some online searching and review reading I made my last minute reservation based solely off the "GOOD" reviews. Now I myself am a front desk agent at a very well to do hotel... More

Getting to the Inn was a little challenging as Front Street was blocked off due to construction. Once there, I was warmly greeted and given instructions about parking (additional $10 overnight). My room was at the end of the hall on the 7th floor - incredibly quiet! The room had a view of the muddy Fraser River. The bed was... More
