I guess this motel is a stop off for people using the ferry to the mainland. The staff are gruff at best. The rooms are as they were some 40 years plus. The shower can run scaldingly hot or feeling cold - depending on how many people are calling on the water at one time. The direct locality is not... More

Room was tired and we had a noisy night (people smoking and talking outside) but it was cheap, clean and close to the ferry terminal. Impossible to find the wifi code (not sure if there is a wifi for customers). No breakfast. TV and cable were fine.

All of our rooms are non-smoking and some of our guest have smoked in the parking lot. There is WIFI throughout, the manager gives the password at the lobby upon check-in or dail 0 from your room phone for the office. More

the first impression was ok, because it was near the ferry, it seemed clean...but I realised that the toilet had not been cleaned, ( although it has the paper "sanitation". It was full of urine stains, moreover the sheets of one bed had not been changed...full of dusty and hair...Horrible

2nd night of staying here, I had huge bites on my neck and ear. I actually saw a bed bug and took a picture of it. Tried to report it to management and they were not open in the morning so I went after work to tell them. They said that If I had reported it in the morning, they... More

My manager notified me regarding your complaint the day after you checked out. She said you showed her a picture of a sheet on your phone, but no bites on body or face. She moved you to another room immediately and offered a discount. She called the exterminator the following day. Please be assured that our property is serviced monthly... More

Very tired room, too much furniture crammed in, stains on sheets and thread bare towels. Extremely low water pressure with fluctuating temperatures. Bed was OK. Strong WiFi signal. Lots of people hanging around outside. Will not stay here again.

Reasonably priced motel. Older room, definitely needs renovation. Surfaces wiped clean, floors swept, but no deep clean here in some time. Water very hot, bed was comfortable, was quiet in the evening. Fair number of people hanging about outside. Smoking and beer cans. No restaurant or continental breakfast. Just a night's stay. Close to downtown area. I think okay for... More

I have recently moved to Naniamo and needed a place to stay for a month. This place fit the bill. It's reasonable priced, I have a kitchenette a bedroom and a full bathroom, I also have a small sitting area. It's like a small apartment, great deal for shiot term. The place is clean and it's rather quite considering it's... More

Our third budget hotel in three days. Pros: clean, big tv, fridge, microwave, real coffee, near the ferry terminal and waterfront. Cons: the usual too cold or too hot room, low water pressure, and widely varying shower temperature. Not many food choices within walking distance. Better than last nights anyway for only a few dollars more.

Needs an upgrade. Our room layout was really good with a separate bedroom and a sink outside of the bathroom. The kitchenette was functional yet needed more implements. The staff was friendly but our floor was dirty - don't go barefoot. Lots of people hanging around all day outside. Smoking seats in front of our room used by others. Good... More

For the price, I didn't expect too much. The WiFi signal was pretty strong. I originally wanted to stay one night, but I had to stay a 2nd.. the owner asked "Do you need your room serviced?". I was like... "uhhhh..."... I felt awkward if I said yes. They did change my towels though (Umm, yay). If you go in... More
