Comfortable bed and air conditioning which is great because it was 28 degrees this weekend Close to the ferry and right on the highway to travel to nearby attractions and local towns. Short walk to the harbour, local services, coffee, and groceries stores. Good service and friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay very much and would love to come back!

Easy to find, not much from the outside, reasonable price, rooms are clean and comfortable. In room coffee, fridge and microwave. Some good restaurants close by. Busy street but had a room at the back and was very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

It's not an impressive building from outside, but our room was very attractive and very comfortable. It was clean and the wifi and the bed were both excellent. Great location and view. We booked here because other places were full, but would go back in a heartbeat. The room was good size--perhaps smaller than average, but very comfortable and attractive.

Our room had a smoky smell, was supposed to be a non smoking room , numerous cigarette burns in the carpet. Carpets were dirty I was afraid to take my socks off. Hairs found all over the bathroom floor and in bathtub. A/c and fan barely worked and I couldn't keep the screen open for fresh air due to being... More

We stayed here after getting a cancelled reservation from Airbnb. It was a last moment choice and it certainly met our needs. It wasn't special but for the "Get a room at a minutes notice", it worked out. Clean enough. Fast Wi-Fi. The front desk staff were wonderful and really tried to help out in whatever way they could. Little... More

Everything you could want in a budget hotel. Very clean, good sized room, free wifi, efficient shower, tv, fridge, coffee in the room. Check in was efficient. Right next door there are several breakfast options

The room was one of the coziest we had on our trip. It was very clean and had two very comfortable queen size bed. The front desk was nice, the wifi was fast and the parking free. We got a very good deal and could not have asked for more! If you are on a budget, this is the place... More

The room was quite adequate for spending the night before catching the morning ferry. There was a good restaurant next door. The room was clean and large enough to be comfortable. It was located a short distance from the Old Town Center for shopping.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. It is right on the Trans Canada Highway so it is a bit noisy. The air conditioner was fairly noisy. But that helps to cut down on the traffic noise. It was a good value in Nanaimo compared with other motels but nothing special

Stayed here on June 30th, was a little nervous because of the low price ($90 including taxes). Highly recommend staying here if you are on a budget, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfy beds. I would definitely stay here again!
