Not the most awesome, newest rooms in the world, but really liked the loft two bed set up for my family. Service was very good, it just feels a bit old (the rooms and building). But beyond that, we'd stay there again. Reasonably prices, location was good for what we needed and overall I liked it.

The hotel clean over all. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Smitty's is attached for all day meals. The hotel offers a shared microwave to warm up food. Has a pool and hot tub. They have a medical price reference from hospital.

Hotel was nice and staff were excellent. Give it a 5 star. Liked that we could leave our car there under cover and safe. Nice to not have to clear snow off car upon return from warm holidays. Will stay there again. Access to pub and restaurant from hotel lobby very convenient.

We had an awesome experience with this hotel during a very trying time. Because of circumstances beyond our control our reservation got messed up. The Managment was very helpful in helping to straighten things out for us. The stay there was very pleasant and the 1 bedroom suite was were in was one of the best rooms we have stayed in. Top floor with a sky lite in the living room area was great! A very comfortable stay with a great understanding of our situation while staying there.(we were dealing with a death in the family)

The location was amazing for holiday shopping. And we loved the option of accessing the the ground floor room from either the parking lot or the lobby as it was great for bringing our bags in during the day.

We were very pleased with our most recent stay at the Ramada in Kelowna. The room was Clean and the bed comfortable. The one thing that would improve the stay would be to have a complimentary breakfast. Since a Smitty's is attached to the hotel a coupon for Breakfast would be great!

Was a great location, comfortable bed, clean room, had a pool but I didn't use it this trip. Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of food. I would recommend this for business or pleasure and will be staying here again.

While this hotel is showing some signs of age, the entire staff treated my stay with attention that is much higher than I have come to expect from this industry. I manage people in my career and am familiar with the challenges that many businesses face. Management appears to be doing an excellent job.

We stayed here as we were passing through Kelowna. Chose here for location and price Pros: Easy access on and off Harvey / Hwy Clean spacious room Quiet Near shopping and restaurants Friendly desk staff Cons No cons. This is an older, dated hotel but priced right for a mid-range hotel.
