It does not offer anything resembling a resort. No coffee shop, no restaurant and too many hills to get around on foot. Just to get to the swimming pool requires miles of steps. Over the age of 65 you are going to have a problem getting around.

We stayed here 4 or 5 years ago and stayed lakeside in a beautiful unit. We came back hoping to enjoy a summer vacation with the family. We were checked into very old and outdated accommodations. When I called to ask about the facilities we were told the new buildings were sold off to a hotel and no longer available for timeshare owners. The website does not make this clear as the pictures still show the new building. The two story unit has a tiny AC unit that can’t possibly keep up on warm days. The rest of the facilities are run down and poorly cared for. The par 3 course is overgrown and unplayable and some of the tennis courts are boat storage. I asked to speak to the manager when we checked in and never heard from them. Will not be coming back here again.

Staying here is like taking a trip back in time. It is tired but the accommodation is clean and the front desk staff are happy to help with requests. it is located 17 kms down a twisty road but that affords is a quite peacefulness from the crazy traffic jammed town f Kelowna. The rooms are and appliances are small but everything is there.

Stayed just under a week with friends to tour Kelowna's wine country. The location was beautiful and the scenery of Lake Okanagan idyllic, however the unit and facilities were anything but. I was so embarrassed, thinking we'd brought our friends to a good quality resort we could enjoy. Our 3 bedroom unit was dated, which wasn't ideal, but we could look past that. However what we couldn't look beyond was the broken furniture, the dirty, buckled carpet, the screen doors that didn't work, the security bolt hanging off the front door along with the wood molding, the dishwasher not bolted in, the microwave hung a mere 6" above the stove-top making cooking near impossible, leaking toilets, patio table and chairs covered in thick dirt making them unusable, dangerously protruding metal track from the patio door (reported, not addressed), and on and on. It was if they weren't expecting anyone, and had done nothing to prepare for our arrive, nevermind maintain in good working order. As to the resort facilities themselves - soaker pools full of leaves and last year's garden debris, not a patio chair or umbrella in sight, golf course hardly mown, restaurant not open, not a flower planted. The private homes along the main drive put the resort to shame. Do yourself a favour - do not stay here!

This was a timeshare exchange; all units are different (and ours was I suspect one of the oldest). The resort is a 15 minute drive out of the town area and because of this quiet. If you go during the non-resort time, there are no restaurants open so stock up on food and eat lunch in town. Lots of wildlife all around (be careful driving). Take advantage of the wineries. We did the museums on our one rainy day.
