We attended a wedding at this resort, and although the wedding was lovely, everything else was disappointing, bordering on disgusting. The resort is tired, run down, and completely inconvenient. The Restaurant, and pools were closed, and we were not informed. There was a boil water advisory in effect that we only found out about after a long and winding road that lead us to the poorly signed and confusing “resort”’. The event hall was dirty, and most of the toilets were ” out of order” . There was no access to the event space for handicapped…. This is 2022, that’s not legal is it? There were supposed to be shuttles, and….well, there weren’t. The beach is actually gravel, the Tiki bar is overpriced, and the food and drinks average. Our room was small, outdated, noisy rattling air conditioning, and a hike to the beach. Giving it a one star because the food at the reception was excellent. Don’t bother staying here. Maybe one day it will be improved, but now it is nothing like what it comes across as. Save your money, go elsewhere.

We stayed here for a wedding. Our condo was wonderful. no issues with the condo. How ever multiple wedding guests had their Air Bnbs canceled randomly and had to scramble to find a new place to stay. Some did not find one. The resort is terrible. It is very run down. The wedding reception area does not have Air conditioning. it was 40 degrees out and unbearable during the reception. Multiple people got heat stroke. The beach is at the bottom of a huge hill and I mean HUGE hill. Very steep and very hard to climb back up. There is no restaurant besides the Tiki bar on the beach which is only open in the afternoon and is more of a beach party then a restaurant. I would not recommend this place at all. ( I stayed here 10 years ago and it was good, had a restaurant the pools were nice and open all day, there was a shuttle service to get you up and down the hill to the beach. It is not the same at all and we were very disappointed.)

The only reason this isn't rated terrible is the location. Water, beach, marina are all great. Everything else is a complete dumpster fire. Public garbage spilling over so people just throw garbage against the trash cans. Amenities we were looking forward to all closed. No spa, no restaurant, we didn't bring much food so we had nothing to eat other than tiki bar. We definelty got dooped here with false advertising. Essentially not accessories in the kitchen to even cool something if you had something. Seems like there is no maintenence done at this resort. Bathroom had piss on the walls , windows and railings not cleaned for years, every trail overgrown, one pack of coffee provided. Had to ask at front office for more and they would only give one at a time after arguing. Whoever owns this place should be embarrassed. Has potential for world-class resort but is more like a third world place. Feel bad for the weddings taking place. Totally underwhelmed.

View of Okanogan lake is beautiful and The room we stayed in was super modern. A lot of the stuff is rather abandoned or closed. The restaurant was abandoned so the only thing you can eat at this resort is tacos from the tiki bar, and the tiki bar is only open from Thursday to Sunday . The pool is not well-maintained and the spa seems to be permanently closed. If you do end up wanting to go to the pool The stairway to get there seems to be not used for a long time. There used to be hiking trails but they are all overgrown same thing with the stairway to get to the pool and the abandoned restaurant. A lot of the main amenities listed on the website is abandoned or not maintained well and hard to get to. The things that are still open and well-maintained are The tiki bar , Golf course marina, and a small shop. The main building with most of the amenities It’s abandoned, literally the path to get there is overgrown. Besides that it was fun we still got to go to the lake.

Resort is okay but garbage pickup and debris on the beach is terrible. Garbage has been overflowing in “bear proof” bins and I have reported it numerous times. Firstly the resort said that the marina and the privately run bar were responsible but the managers of both were kind enough to call and confirm that it is not their area. Multiple calls and emails to the resort have done nothing in 5 days. Bears were put down previously due to poor garbage control at this resort. We deserve better

Great view of Lake Okanagan. However, Poorly managed. Poorly maintained. Rooms are very dated and tired. If you have a room issue, good luck. Other guests on the property mention similar issues during their stay. Read the other reviews…unfortunately it’s all true.

The resort might be a very good one considering the excellent location and etc. but it is not well maintained, and now that everything is closed including the marina, you pretty much can only use it as a sleeping place, no more than that. With frequent electricity outage, we could not get our breakfast the day we checked out. Definitely no

The 3 bedroom condos are 2 story spacious townhouses with an excellent view of Lake Okanagan. Three couples or a large family could be well accommodated. The linens, towels and mattresses were nearly new and of high quality. The washer, dryer and dishwasher were nearly new, other appliances were fine. The resort is built around a 9 hole golf course so there is lots of open green space. The resort is in a quiet location about 20 minutes from shopping, wineries, and other attractions. The resort was being geared up for the busy summer season; there was lots of work going on. LOR dates from the 1980's so there is room for some updating of furnishings and roadways but it is a pleasant place to stay. We have enjoyed several previous stays and expect to return.

A nice, relaxing stay in early spring. Saw lots of wildlife from our balcony and enjoyed the quiet mornings. The Good: The room was in the Lakeside building on the upper floor. The balcony provided a nice view of the lake. The room was nicely decorated, the furniture and carpet new - overall small but comfortable. The grounds were fairly quiet but it was the off season and I imagine it could get pretty loud during the peak. But we saw deer, marmot and lots of birds from our balcony and were warned that bear may also be around. The not so good: This resort is on the west side of the lake so any gas, grocery, restaurant is at about an 8 mile drive of harrowing, hair-pin turns with little to no shoulder or guardrails over steep drop-offs. During the off-season the resort is essentially closed - no store, no restaurant, no amenities so there are no quick trips to get anything. There was a boil water order. Would have been nice if they'd notified us prior to arriving especially since there was no place close to get any bottled water. Fortunately, I'd brought some on our drive up from Seattle. We had no shower curtain and when we asked for one they told us it would probably be the next day since housekeeping wasn't on staff that day. Our kitchen sink leaked and required a towel behind it to keep it from ruining the counter. They provided the very bare minimum cooking supplies and the knives were dull. Despite using the stove fan, we set off the fire alarm every time we cooked something. I read a reviewer that said this probably had once been a nice resort in it's time and I'd have to agree with that. The buildings are pretty dated and need some TLC and the management could probably stand to do a little better maintenance. While it looked like our room had been recently painted, they didn't even bother to take things off the wall and instead just painted around them. Overall we had that vacation we needed after two years of Covid hell, but if you're going to stay here, just come prepared.
