Had another great stay at the Sandman in Kelowna for this business stay. Comfortable room with view on the mountains, Perfect Location, next to the newly renovated Moxie's (you should also try it if you are staying at the hotel) Aman at the front desk was amazing, felt so welcomed and cared for !

I booked the tower king suite with view for roughly the same or less money than standard rooms in many other Kelowna hotels. Very nice suite with balcony. There was a technical issue with my bedroom TV but the staff resolved it quickly. Friendly staff throughout the hotel and quick help with room supplies at the front desk. The only negative thing for me was the 2 giant “nest” chairs, they take up lots of space and they’re awkward to use. I would suggest a couch, coffee table and club chair as a more workable option. All considered, a very nice stay and I will definitely consider this hotel on my next visit.

Travelled from Vancouver to bring my mom to visit family and stayed in Kelowna Sandman. Stayed at various Sandman locations in the past so we knew what to expect. I would like to say that the Front desk staff were amazing! So approachable and welcoming and very knowledgeable, I didn't have to ask one question as everything was explained for us at check in. The British lady on reception who my mom thinks her name was Julie? was absolutely great and made my moms week by her friendly and professional attitude towards us. Yes the pool area really needs a refurbishment and was a bit loud in places at night due to large groups however I cant fault the service of the reception staff and will return just for that in itself when we come again in the summer.

This was a notably bad experience. We requested 2 adjacent rooms - we were initially given two rooms on the same floor (8 rooms apart). Both were dingy and noisy with stained floors. Housekeeping then realised one was ant infested and they moved us to another floor. Particularly frustrating given that the room next door to the room we were keeping was vacated the next day. I do not recommend under any circumstances

Last minute stay, as needed a room after shuttle was full for next leg. They accommodated me quickly by finding a room before checking time. Lovely staff, helpful. Room very nice, clean, comfy, good bed. Good little kitchen area with all tea coffee, microwave & electric kettle. Perfect as I drink tea. Only downside was pool & hit tub closed.

This is very much a large business style hotel centre. The rooms are large and comfortable and in an area of plenty of shops and restaurants with the vicinity. Friendly staff and easy check in. Make sure you park in the correct car park for reception otherwise a long walk . You may then need to move car to room as so large a site . Fine for a short in transit stop over stay .

We stayed in Kelowna last month for a wedding. Overall the experience was below expectations. It wouldnt have been so bad if the cost of the room wasn't $265/night. At that price your expectations are higher. It was obvious they had limited staff, so it was difficult to complain because you know everyone is doing the best they can. That being said, we had to request our room to be tidied and towels changed on multiple occassions or they simply would have not done our room. The Pool turned into a full on party at 10 pm with about 40 people in the pool even after it was theoretically closed. The kids didnt mind the pool, although because of the constant partying out there the level of the pool was down about 1.5 feet for the whole time we were there. Overall I would have probably stayed somewhere else cheaper if I were to do it again.…

Always stayed at the sandman kelowna when ever i am in the area and stay in the tower which cost a bit more. The last trip was 2022.08.23 when i found the dirty night table, then dirty towels hanging behind the bathroom door. After the shower i found the toilet seat was also dirty. I checked in at about 11pm since got up from 5am, i just need to sleep for the next day work. When i told the front desk and asked that they looked into it, i was assured the GM would call me. It is Sep 11 and i have not heard a thing. Needless to say, this is one sandman i will not be at in the future. Check your room carefully.

My family stayed end of august in the atrium building, close to the lobby. It was nice being close and we didn’t experience any noise issues. From check in to check out all the staff was helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Thank you for the great stay.

Kelowna is disgusting. Agressive drug addicts everywhere. There was a bucket with approximately 50 cigarette buts on our balcony. Clearly the staff smokes there. We moved it to the hallway. Then noticed it had returned on another balcony. Terrible overpriced restaurants. Very disappointed. I won't return. The wine tours were nice.
