We stayed at the Kelowna Inn and Suites when returning from a wedding on Vancouver Island. My first site of the complex did not get me very excited. It looks like a slightly above average motor hotel. I was not concerned because the rate had been very reasonable and so my expectations were not very high. But the room itself...

Hello Beachcomber, Thank-you for your review. We are delighted you enjoyed your stay in one of our new premium guest rooms, and found it quiet and of great value. Our new wing opened just a few months ago and has proven very popular with guests. We're also delighted that you were able to enjoy downtown Kelowna on foot. Bernard street...

We were in Kelowna for a family wedding. The arrival day, they were very accommodating in that one person arrived in Kelowna before check-in time. They allowed me to check-in early and the other person checked-in later in the evening. Our room was on the second floor and there is no elevator. Not too inconvenient and both at check-in and...

Everything was good, we were even offered a free pass to a waterpark because their indoor pool was under renos! we did not need it but it was a cool gesture. It was great to stay in a newly renovated room for sure.

Good, clean rooms with a well functioning aircon (godsend in the summer). If you happen to have a room facing the highway, bring earplugs. 15 minutes by foot to Downtown, across the road to a shopping centre and liquor store... Breakfast has quality muffins, cereal, coffee, but is always packed without a place to sit. Not an "idyllic" destination. Wifi...

Good afternoon, Thank-you for your review and for your comments. We always appreciate and value your feedback. While our location close to downtown, beaches and shopping is very popular with guests, it does come with the accompanying sounds of city life from time to time. For your next visit, we recommend either a premium guest room in our newly opened...

I needed a room for two nights and wanted to be in the back away from the highway noise. My room was perfect. I couldn't hear a thing. The room was huge and very clean. Check in and out was easy and the front desk staff very friendly. The Continental breakfast was just that but more than enough for me....

The room I was given was brand new but by the highway and, on the only day I could have slept in, they dug up the road outside my windows at 7am - ask for a room at the back. The continental breakfast was a bonus but the small room gets very crowded. The staff didn't knock themselves out to...

Expectations were not high for this property based upon location. However, it's been renovated and the area is being trendified. Front desk and housekeeping staff excellent. Also pool and hot tub under renovation so free passes to an awesom spa and waterpark nearby.

The owners and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location was convenient for shopping and to restaurants. The back side of hotel is quieter than the front. This hotel has had recent renovations and was spick-and-span clean and shining. Very comfy bed, with light duvet and wonderfully clean sheets. Super-clean bathroom. New laminate floors, replacing old carpets, so no "old motel" smell ! Breakfast was standard, but very clean and nice, a separate sunny breakfast room with juices, cereals, bagels and cream cheese, coffee. Good central location...
