Pleasant hotel in the heart of Kelowna, BC. Family friendly with decent pool, hot tub, play area yet quiet enough for our couples getaway. Pet friendly so if you have allergies make sure to ask for a tower room.

This used to be my go-to hotel in Kelowna, as it was relatively nice, had the pool, and breakfast, and included free L2 charging. I'm not sure if there's new owners or what, but they've replaced the free chargers with paid L2 chargers. That in itself isn't bad, but they're charging a ridiculous $2 an hour for SHARED 6.6kw charging. It's now actually cheaper to use the fast chargers across the street. If you're needing L2 charging, look elsewhere.

I stayed there because I was familiar with the 97th St pub. The pub did not disappoint, even though I only stayed for two beers. The staff was awesome especially the outside security guard! The room was clean. The bed and pillows were horrible! I usually stay at Best Western wherever I go, this is not one I will return to.

They add additional taxe fee at the end of the call when you reserve over the booking reservation center over the phone. My son of 6 years Find a lighter under de desk in the room. The refrigerator was not working.

We stayed as an overnight before flying out to Mexico. The room was a good size,clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. We had parking provided during our trip and shuttle to the airport. There was only one glitch. Our room was next to the elevator causing disrupted sleep.

Great location, clean rooms and very helpful, courteous and accommodating team members. The dog friendly room we had was on the ground floor which meant we could take her out for a early morning and late evening stretch in a quiet and secure area of the grassed courtyard. Breakfast Buffet had a wide variety of items both hot and cold. Excellent selection of Coffee and Tea.
