This is a very good value hotel with a reasonable breakfast to add extra value There is a small pool indoors and the grand kids like to go for a swim here Also small little workout area Close to everything in the area where there are multiple hotel options One thing is I have noticed it’s much better to stay facing east rather than west the east facing rooms you see the valley in the mountains however you are still looking over A parking lot and you can see all the stores and malls etc but it is a nice view the rooms facing west are backed onto a street that goes uphill and cars are accelerating and it can be noisy and it’s not near as nice of a view Service is always friendly and accommodating Nice clean and good size rooms and a very nice clean good size bathroom We will stay here again for, sure…
Staff of the hotel was customer service friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable and newish. The hotel on a Saturday night was busier than normal. Breakfast was good and tasty and many options. The only thing I could complain about was that I couldn't get a swim time. But no problem.
Nice clean hotel and good staff. Vicky at front desk polite and check in smooth. The next morning the breakfast was done a bit different with covid of course. Staff there good but one young lady Dominique (hostess) was outstanding. She really made our day. Her voice sounded like she was smiling (cant see with mask now) but so happy she is being safe. She was a treat to talk to at a distance and pass us a menu with great options to eat. She was amazing with everyone that morning and has a real knack with families and young children. How lucky are you to have her as an employee! Buy the way the bed was comfy too. Great overall stay
We stayed in this hotel for one night to break up a trip. As we have 4 kids, we requested two adjoining rooms so everyone had a little space and privacy. When we arrived, our rooms were as promised (seems basic but we have shown up a few times to find that we didn’t get the promised connecting rooms, so this is always a stressor). Room was very clean, beds very comfortable, had a great sleep - I noticed no noise from the hallway or other rooms. It was nice to have a fridge, microwave and Keurig. Everything looked fresh and new. The hotel did a great job of managing the challenges of COVID. My kids were so pleased to be able to book their own private time at the pool - not as convenient as being able to go anytime but it is what it is during a pandemic, and it is nice to know that it would be just us. A much better option than some hotels that just closed their pools. They did the best they could do to still offer everything that would have been at at their regular breakfast buffet - you chose on a laminated menu then staff serves it into a tray. So still get eggs, bacon, fresh fruit etc - there was a bit of a wait depending on the time but it was of no fault of the hotel, they did their best and of course it would be slower than I’d everyone could serve themselves. For anyone in a hurry, there is a McDonalds right across the street. I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful, and have no complaints! …
Travelling during Covid, the hotel was extremely clean and all precautions were taken. Staff were wonderful, bed and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms were spotless. Very pleased overall! We were so pleased with this hotel we stayed here on the return portion of our trip.
