We were glad we had booked ahead, so didn't have to wonder when we got to Kamloops if we would find a place to stay. It served a small breakfast. It was a good stop before heading to Wells Gray Prov. Park.
We stayed here on our way from Jasper to Vancouver. Great stopover. Staff friendly. Rooms were spacious for 3 of us and clean and beds comfy. There is parking although a little tricky when full. The breakfast was included and very nice.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and adequate guest rooms. Bathroom a little small, and very little counter space. Bed comfortable and pillows O.K. Parking very tight when hotel is full.. Breakfast basic but adequate.
The staff were polite and friendly. We thought the rooms were nice and for a great price! Continental breakfast is awesome too! Loved that there is a pool and hot tub as well add the option to have pets in the hotel.
This hotel was satisfactory for a night's stay. The place was very clean and the staff at the desk was very accommodating and very polite. I was traveling with my 101 year old mother and the young lady at the desk was super helpful. My only concern was trying to find the location. I did not see any road signs to indicate what exit to take off the Trans Canada highway (such as I am used to when traveling in the US) . I do not have GPS in my car or on my phone so I got lost several times before a gas station attendant who provided me with a map of Kamloops and street directions. …
