Gross, grim, unsanitary, not fit for animals! I was in three rooms at this hotel and they were all what nightmares are made of. The smell, the appearance, the utter filth was shocking! There was either ketchup or blood on the sheets, yellow stains which I can only assume were urine, even a shoe print on the fitted sheet! The shower curtain was ripped and covered in mold. Stains everywhere! Nothing was even wiped down. The coffee pot had moldy coffee in it! The outlet behind the bed was falling off and obviously super unsafe. The hallway had a forever fart aroma which I believe was coming from the disgusting empty hot tub. I didn't see housekeeping anywhere, there was, however, a large bin of garbage sitting in the hall. The iron spat out rust all over a brand new shirt. If there was ANYWHERE else in Harrison I could have escaped to, I would have!

To say this was a disgusting experience would be generous. I have stayed at a ton of hole in the wall hotels but never have I paid nearly $200 a night for it. I expect this type of condition while staying in the middle of nowhere for $30 a night… this was insane. I made sure to tell the front desk how I felt as well wrote a detailed email. I have yet to hear back. We came here with another couple. Our rooms were equally disgusting. I would say ours was a tad more repulsive. The minute I walked in the front doors I should have just got our money back and left. Live and learn. I will be contacting the local health authority over this building. It was THAT bad. I’ve attached a few photos of our disgusting rooms. I will also mention that there were piles of rocks left in our room. Showing that it really wasn’t cleaned what so ever. And yes, that is a pubic hair on the toilet seat. I will let the photos speak for themselves. The restaurant below was ran by absolute imbeciles but the live music on Saturday night was wonderful.

A very disappointing experience. This hotel has potential. The good - It is in a good location. The small bar fridge was cold and useful. The air conditioning worked. The linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot. The bad - Many general maintenance issues: The automated garage door was almost always open. There were swallows nesting in the garage. The elevators both needed a wipe down (to remove fingerprints). We were on the 4th floor, the hallway carpet was stained and warn. The skylight was disgusting. The toilet in our room could not even deal with flushing a couple of squares of toilet paper. It was really bad. The ceiling in the bathroom and the kickboard at the base of the sink were both damaged. The fan was filthy. We would definitely NOT stay here again nor will we stay at the Harrison Hot Springs Resort owned by the same Vancouver - based company). PS We did not consider using ice from the machine in light of the foregoing. PPS The restaurant adjacent to hotel was closed for the duration of our two night stay.

I would not even give this place 1 star. Air-conditioning not working in our room when we checked in. It was 94 degrees in our room . When my husband called the desk they asked if we wanted a fan. We did get a different room but it was DIRTY. No housekeeping our entire stay. They said it was for covid protection but they didn’t follow any other protocol. Smoke alarm in room not working. Mold. Cheap mattress on old box spring. Ceiling was patched with a piece of screwed up sheetrock. Forget sleeping after sun rise because the window curtains were too short for the window. No amenities as promised. The staff was friendly except for the manager. All he could say was no. This place is dangerous. Not only did the smoke alarm not work the safety bar on the window was broken and the exhaust ventilation in the parking garage was not in operation. We could small exhaust in the elevator. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.

Believe the poor reviews on this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel was dirty, dark, dingy and in disrepair. The bathroom was particularly bad and the coffee maker was disgusting. Stayed for a night as nothing else was available.

Do not believe the photos that the hotel is using. Not sure where that nice paint is, but it wasn't in our room. The carpets are stained, the ceiling in the bathroom had holes in it, the furniture is old and tired looking, the walls are dirty, and there is a funky smell throughout the hallways and elevator. Yes it's cheap...but even then not worth the price. Find another hotel.

Very disappointed with the room condition and the front desk service needs improvement. If you get the Manager he is helpful however the other staff are dismissive and lack customer service skills. In the hotels current state I would not recommend this hotel.

The desk staff were wearing t-shirts, one with Nirvana on it. I have nothing against Nirvana but this was not a theme hotel! Everything about the hotel was very worn and shabby. Creaky elevators, cheap carpeting, damaged moldings in the halls. Beaten up furniture in the rooms, damage to the walls, low grade finishing. Air-con did not work. Bathroom was disgusting. Filth in tub jets, toilet leaking onto the floor, sink stopper broken, bits hanging off the ceiling. I didn't shower as the room was so grimy. My wife almost fell in the tub as there were no grab bars. We would have complained when we left but couldn't find any staff members in the lobby. I will not stay in an Aldesta hotel again. This hotel was very disappointing.

The hotel was nice and quiet though it we stayed during the week on the off season. It is a bit dated but for the price was good enough. Stayed on the top floor facing the court yard. You get what you pay for in this instance. No major complaints.

I arrived with two kids all excited to stay in a hotel that came with a mini fridge, huge tub, tv and a view. it was anything but. when we arrived, the room had not been cleaned. The bathroom was so filthy with rings around the tub, splats all over mirrors sink and counter. I pulled back the bedding and it was covered in long black hair everywhere and did not look fresh. The fridge was absolutely dirty and moldy. The AC rumbled, and the tv barely worked. The carpets were so dirty and torn, I told everyone to keep on their shoes. After a worker cleaning the place in just a few minutes time, I had to clean the bathroom myself. in the end, we had a $25 discount. The free breakfast was cold, stale and dirty feeling. if youre looking for a cheap place, you will get what you pay for thats for sure and its not even worth that. very disappointing and filthy!
