Arrived for our 4 pm check in only to find the room was not ready. I was told to read the fine print in the contract. Told they would try to have room ready at check in, but might not be. Room was ready at 4:45 with a lot of drama. When I told the lady at the desk my wife had a zoom meeting booked, she said "do it in the lobby" Compensated 10% off, which is disrespectful based on the room is over $300 per night. They could have done better and avoided this review. In the end just telling how it went. Not really willing to pay for a service I am not. getting. Over priced- bad shower and rude- stay away!

This hotel has a lot of potential. Friendly staff and good location. The bed is comfortable and sheets and bedding clean. The rate was low. But it’s run down, and the first room we were assigned was not clean, big carpet stains and drywall patches. We were moved to a better room. It was still run down but at least cleaner. There’s mold in the bathroom and crooked crumbling ceiling tiles. Theres a broken window in the main room that appears to have been broken for some time. The hotel has potential so it’s sad to see it as it is.

We recently spent 2 weeks at this hotel and enjoyed it very much. Is the hotel run down? Yes, it needs updating but our room was clean (apart from some carpet stains). The bedding and towels were clean and we got clean towels daily The bed was very comfortable and the furniture, although dated looking, was in good shape. We had plenty of hot water, the shower was lovely and powerful and the air conditioning worked well. For the price point you couldn't complain at all. If you want up to date then be prepared to pay triple the amount down the road at the Hot Springs Hotel.

Wish we had looked at the reviews here first!! Absolutely horrible! Everything is old, smelly and just outdated. Definitely in need of a huge renovation! You can feel the springs in the mattress, tub looks like it has wear marks in the bottom and has chips in the porcelain. I would suggest just staying away!!

The staff is polite and friendly. The lobby is presentable. The location is great. That's it for the good. It has not been kept in good shape for a hotel as new as this one is when compared to some of the others. The years have not been kind, and ownership appears to be content to allow poor review after poor review continue without indicating changes are coming. The staining on the in-room carpeting was so abundant, that I felt compelled to take a picture and mention it to the front desk to ensure I didn't receive any additional charges as we had our dog with us. A desk with no chair, minor staining on the sheets, and the walls weren't clean. Nor were the bedside tables wiped. The outlets in the lamps were so worn, that our phone chargers would not stay plugged in them properly. I wouldn't stay here again unless major improvements were made. I've stayed at a 2 or 2.5-star Super 8, and this property struggles to meet that standard. I wish them luck.

I have no idea what building the other reviews were in but it was a perfectly fine hotel. Bed was clean and comfortable, shower was clean and water was hot. The place is older and could use some work but it’s a perfectly acceptable place to stay and I’d stay there again without issue.

This hotel is so run down Dirty, it stank like urine, curry and bad body odor. There was mold in the bathroom, all over the shower curtain and tub. The elevator were old and creaky. Such a waste of money

The room we were given was dirty not clean at all, beds weren’t made. Then in the next room there were ants. The windows looked very unsafe. When checking in we had to stand and wait 5-10 mins but the stuff if friendly.

Gross, grim, unsanitary, not fit for animals! I was in three rooms at this hotel and they were all what nightmares are made of. The smell, the appearance, the utter filth was shocking! There was either ketchup or blood on the sheets, yellow stains which I can only assume were urine, even a shoe print on the fitted sheet! The shower curtain was ripped and covered in mold. Stains everywhere! Nothing was even wiped down. The coffee pot had moldy coffee in it! The outlet behind the bed was falling off and obviously super unsafe. The hallway had a forever fart aroma which I believe was coming from the disgusting empty hot tub. I didn't see housekeeping anywhere, there was, however, a large bin of garbage sitting in the hall. The iron spat out rust all over a brand new shirt. If there was ANYWHERE else in Harrison I could have escaped to, I would have!

To say this was a disgusting experience would be generous. I have stayed at a ton of hole in the wall hotels but never have I paid nearly $200 a night for it. I expect this type of condition while staying in the middle of nowhere for $30 a night… this was insane. I made sure to tell the front desk how I felt as well wrote a detailed email. I have yet to hear back. We came here with another couple. Our rooms were equally disgusting. I would say ours was a tad more repulsive. The minute I walked in the front doors I should have just got our money back and left. Live and learn. I will be contacting the local health authority over this building. It was THAT bad. I’ve attached a few photos of our disgusting rooms. I will also mention that there were piles of rocks left in our room. Showing that it really wasn’t cleaned what so ever. And yes, that is a pubic hair on the toilet seat. I will let the photos speak for themselves. The restaurant below was ran by absolute imbeciles but the live music on Saturday night was wonderful.
