The room we had was for 3 people with a private bathroom. It was impossible to shower in this shower and have family members in your room at the same time. The shower was so small, you could not shampoo your hair and wash. You could not adjust the spray of the water, or step out of the spray to... More

My wife and I had the good fortune to stay at this Bed and Breakfast on two separate occasions in early September as we enjoyed another Dempster Highway adventure. Both rooms that we stayed in were very clean and comfortable, the beds were superb and the home made breakfasts were all one could ask for. But the best part was... More

We stayed for two nights in September. Big, spacious room with ensuite bathroom and big balcony. Very good, home cooked breakfast by the host. Very friendly hostess. Central location, next to the Dawson museum. Free Parking on the street or behind the buildings.

Stayed in the larger room, for three adults. The shower has to be used either by a couple or else folks must leave the room so others can use it. I understand space in the Yukon is limited however. Stacy serves a nice made to order, all you can eat breakfast upstairs which we did enjoy. Our main complaint was... More

5th Avenue B&B is within easy walking distance to attractions, dining and shopping in Dawson City, but is several blocks from the river, so ferry horns weren't noticeable to us. It is furnished with fresh new pine furniture reminiscent of pioneer days. Bathing facilities are new and modern. We booked one of the two rooms with a shared bathroom. With... More

3 nights and our experience was excellent. Tracy has running a B&B down pat and things run like clockwork! That being said the reception is friendly and personal too! Breakfast, hot and made to order, was perfect! Watching the community parade from the deck and sitting out in the evening made our stay!

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location was easily walkable to everything in town. The breakfast was delicious and cooked for you once you arrived so it was fresh and hot. The owner was very helpful in making reservations for us and giving us information about the town. Great place to stay.

This B&B is strategically located next to the museum and 5 minutes walk from Robert Service’s cabin. Some rooms have shared bathrooms, ours had an ensuite. Tracy is a very welcoming host, ready with information about the town, and does a splendid breakfast, with cereals and fruit, and a cooked option too. It has to be one of the best... More

We were very impressed by Tracy's hospitality at 5th avenue. We arrived several days ahead of schedule and she happily accommodated our change. The room was very clean and comfortable and we felt very at home. Tracy provided us with all sorts of interesting local information that made our stay much more memorable. We were lucky to be in town... More

Absolutely loved the 5th Ave B&B. The rooms were clean, cozy and the beds extremely comfortable. The rooms and bathroom were adequately stocked with towels, soaps, shampoos and cups. The downstairs had a a sitting area with tv and kitchenette for guests to use. Breakfast was served upstairs. Breakfast had a cold spread but she also offered omelettes, french toast... More
