I stay here every year when attending an annual event. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is out of the downtown core which works for me but some may prefer to be in the middle of things.

There are no plugs beside the beds Room noise was high - you could hear the fire doors opening and closing along with additional ambient noise. A Boston Pizza in the hotel ( excellent service) you can't order room service. Inconvenient The continental breakfast was of good value.

This was a business trip. I specifically asked not to be close to the fire door and I was not. This made a difference from the stay the previous year. The staff was very friendly especially the breakfast staff. I will be back.

It is a nice hotel and the staff went out of their way to see to the comfort of my elderly mother in law who was traveling with us, installed a raised toilet seat and offering to install grab bars in the bath if she needed them.

For some reason the day we checked in the Hotel was having issues with the keys and ours and the couple we were travelling with had to have the keys/locks reprogrammed. On the positive side, I got more steps in while going back and forth to the lobby a few times.

Very nice hotel - this is about the only place we stay in when in Williams Lake. We have tried 4 other places to stay, but this is the best so far. Was disappointed this time round because their one and only hot tub was out of service. Also, they could have placed a bar of soap in shower area...

Thanks for staying with us! Our apologies that the hot tub was not open for your use during your stay. It was closed for maintenance :( I have passed along to our head housekeeper the concerns about the soap not being in the shower area and they are working on correcting this. We hope to see you again in the...

Always a pleasure staying here, includes a complimentary breakfast and that is sure a plus. Rooms are always very clean and comfortable, close to everything and quiet so one gets a good rest. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Stayed at 2 Coast Hotels on our recent trip to BC. Have stayed at Coast hotels in other cities on different trips. Coast is always a good bet while traveling. Coast Fraser Inn was no exception. Check-in was a breeze. Rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless and the tub/shower had plenty of water pressure. Our King bed...

Staff in the hotel are pleasant and helpful. We were happy with our suite - it gave us the space we were looking for to lounge as we would not be outdoors all day in winter temperatures. Certainly not luxurious but very functional. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the Visitor Center, grocery store, pharmacy, shopping centre...
