Stayed at 2 Coast Hotels on our recent trip to BC. Have stayed at Coast hotels in other cities on different trips. Coast is always a good bet while traveling. Coast Fraser Inn was no exception. Check-in was a breeze. Rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless and the tub/shower had plenty of water pressure. Our King bed...

Staff in the hotel are pleasant and helpful. We were happy with our suite - it gave us the space we were looking for to lounge as we would not be outdoors all day in winter temperatures. Certainly not luxurious but very functional. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the Visitor Center, grocery store, pharmacy, shopping centre...

We chose this as other Coast properties in which we have stayed have been pretty good, however, this property really does need attention. The front desk staff is great...friendly, efficient and accommodating but the hotel itself is in dire need of updates. The room in which we stayed overlooked the roof of the level below and was noisy....the room was...

I choose to stay at the Coast Williams lake as the service is good. Rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. Having breakfast available in the morning makes my life easier as I don't have to rush out looking for somewhere to eat. All the personnel I have dealt with have been pleasant and helpful.

Overnight stay on our way to Kelowna from Kitimat. Got in around 10pm the girl at the desk said they were very empty. We parked the truck and trailer at the back and we were told we could plug in the truck as it was -15. Brandi was amazingly helpful and friendly. I was very impressed with her great attitude...

The room was great, staff great. On a business trip, the internet is very important to me. The internet was terrible and if I am to stay there again, the first question I will ask is, has the internet been upgraded? If not, I will not stay again.

Clean room. Was able to control the temperature. Wide selection of breakfast items. Something for everyone. Close to the downtown and hospital area. Staff are friendly and obliging. Even had BC Knowledge network on the TV.

Spent a week here visiting family during the holidays. It is one of the more convenient hotels in Williams Lake, with a Boston Pizza next door. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities, while basic, were more than adequate for a short family stay. Good value for your money. Also a convenient place to stop for a...

First of all let me say the reception was very good. But I am disappointed that so many dogs are allowed to stay here and in where the public is, reception etc. The size of the dogs were huge, hairy and gross. One would not be able to sit in lobby for fear of getting dog hair on good clothes....

Good breakfast, comfortable bed (I had a king size) with 6 pillows. Bathroom is complete (lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) in big dispenser bottles. Clean rooms, tidy & made up meticulously everyday.
