Overall it was a good place to stay, the staff were a great and friendly. The pool was a bit small, and right in the middle of the hotel which seemed a bit awkward. The spa was top notch tho and would recommend going. The whole place was very clean , but definetly needs a reno as its all outdated,...

We arrived late on the train so we didn't get the chance to see where we were staying until the next morning. The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was large and the beds comfortable. The temperature in the rooms was also comfortable. The first night we went downstairs to the pub and had a very nice...

We arrived at the Sawridge Inn about 8pm, due to a delayed train. As soon as we walked in, we felt comfortable and relaxed. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. We were lucky enough to be upgraded - the room was amazing! Comfortable king size bed, good sized bathroom, comfy chair and chaise lounge. The...

While the appearance is of a nice and homey place to stay, the stay itself was terrible. The room was too hot, the bed and pillows uncomfortable, and the noise made sleep impossible. The windows looked over the restaurant and pool area, which are loud and the acoustics of the building amplified the the fact that the windows were not...

Started off with a quick and friendly check in. Room was very clean and modern. The first night was filled with children and adults from a large ski trip running the hallways, slamming doors and talking at full volume until 3 am in the morning. 2 calls to security and direct confrontation didn't fix that. The following morning we voiced...

Arrived on one of the coldest afternoons, everyone was very helpful. The room was very clean, large with a fantastic view of the mountains. The inn is on the outskirts of Jasper but the centre are more than happy to drop you off in town. The food is very good, nutrious, flavoursome and worth the money. The desk is manned...

The hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel and the area. The hotel seemed to be just over half full so it was fairly quiet. The room was very clean and well supplied and it was also very dog friendly. They clearly are used to having pets, especially dogs there. The hot chocolate, s/mores, roasted chestnuts, and...

A nice rustic Inn feel but luxurious. Good service and very friendly. Room was modern and very comfortable But facing the indoor pool was a little noisy at times Could have given more information on surrounding area activities available The steam room was fabulous with ambient lighting and mentholated scented steam! Was great for my congestion

Older hotel but still very nice! Loved the sauna and pool!! Staff was very friendly, food was just ok at the restaurant. I think we had just been spoiled eating at some of the other places in town. We would stay here again!

Great stay. Very clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Was also informed you are able to bring large breed dogs. Great info for next time. We can bring the fur child. Great Caesars at the restaurant too. Will stay there again.
